TY for explaining what to do if we don't have furniture. I have a bed and a chest of drawers. Such a small apartment. I am not complaining. There are people who have less space they pay more for
Thank you all for showing how to do the basics. I just came out of being in bed in my house for 3 years due to illness (sudden onset seizures) and Covid 2020/2021. Not everyone has good enough insurance for PT. Thankfully I had to walk my dog every day. I think that may have helped too. Im back up to hiking 3 miles at a time now. I really think your videos have helped. I appreciate it! -Melanie
Good for you! You have given me hope that I can do so, as well, and inspiration to try my best though I feel so lost. These stretches seem to be an important tool to assist me in redefining myself & rebuilding my life.

I love that, it’s why I subbed. No pressure, no need to feel bad that you’re in a different place than someone else. Do what you can do, and don’t be ashamed- it has real Richard Simons energy. He was very much “start where you are and go from there!” ❤
Just doing these exercises ONE time has made my lower back pain go away. I've been to weeks of physical therapy and medical massage, which only seemed to aggravate the problem. Thank you! I plan to continue so I can get my life back after long-Covid.
I work out and stretch everyday consistently. It's almost a religious practice for me. Recently tweaked my low back and none of my stretches have done much to help, but that low chair stretch did it! Thank you! So glad i clicked on this video! ❤
Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
Thank you WeShape Whenever I’m at work and I’m going feeling any discomfort in my body, I would walk away for 5 to 10 minutes alone and do your stretch and I don’t need to take that Tylenol ES, 🤩 never know it would work. Mind you, I had to share it with my co-workers. Working in the healthcare industry is doing terrible job on most of our bodies now, but I just wanted to say thank you, thank you and continue to do your best!!
These are those old forgotten stretches we used to do that are so simple yet y aren't we doing them. I just did it and I'm so happy to find ur channel. Thankyou
Thank you! i'm nearly 50, and seeing my dog and my cats stretching often, and i say to myself more and more, "i need to do this as well!". now, i can do it!
Thanks for simple stretches that can be done so easily. I really appreciate you talking about breathing in and out because I know that is important and I always wonder when to breathe in and out! Sometimes I tend to hold my breath and I know that should not be done. Now to check out your strengthening core videos! Thanks again!

Oh boy, this is great information. I messed up my QL. I have a good chiro, but I have to stay functioning to keep my home chores up. I spent 3 years on my hiney in an easy chair after I face planted on concrete and broke my face. At 65 that's no good. Little by little I'm working back up to my abilities. Thank you.
This was great. I'm in my early 70's and sit down most of the day. These look great - and I really like the lines that you draw on top.that really helps undsertand what we need to do.
These are really good. I'm getting a lot of benefit in a short amount of time. If I can take 5 minutes and increase my flexibility and make myself feel better substantially better, it is a good deal in my book.
Thank you for sharing. I've been recovering from cancer treatments finding myself in bed a lot. I've noticed quite a bit of muscle tone. So I'm hoping this will start my recovery. Again thank you for sharing
Even with pillows I am really struggling doing the seated straddle stretch. I have to sit on my bed to keep my hips from tightening up which forces me to round my back. This is exactly what I needed. Thank you.
As a Pilates teacher I can only recommend those stretches, very well showned and explained. Only disagree with #3, adductors are not a priority, and if overstretched can add unnecessary tension to your lower back. Instead insist on aBductors, always tensed, therefore you'll also stretch part of gluteus and lower back
I always wanted to do simple yet effective stretches which would help me in my day to day activities, and like others, I too had the problem to understand the breathing techniques, Thank you so much, for explaining along with stretches and please do post more such videos 🙏👍
Just wanted to let you know these stretches come with a side effect: from the first day , especially doing the hip opener, it helped me getting more regular at # 2! Who would have thought, it was connected! Thank you! 😮😂❤
Hey, listen… that first stretch was like downward dog, whatever it’s called in Yoga… if you’re gassy, oooooo Baby! You just do that chair stretch and your tummy will be better in a second! 😂 I found the cure to my IBS!
I like the fact that you show some of your exercises not wearing the shoes, which is clean and I ca do it whenever I want without having to wear the the shoes at the convenience of my home.Thank you .
