Reminder for myself and others: if you couldn’t do one or two moves (looking at you, side plank), you still did almost the entire video! That’s a huge deal. Especially coming from beginner, to moderate, and getting into intermediate. It’s a journey. ❤ Be kind to yourself.

I usually work out in the afternoon, but today I'm having a day off and took the chance to do this one in the morning. It is mindblowing, how a workout can be wnergizing but totally calming at the same time. I feel great, gosh I should simple not work in the morning anymore😅. Thank you, loved it!

Omg, this was AMAZING! My glutes & legs were on FIRE during the Up & Down/Twist Lunges & the exercise where we stepped our foot back & forward & did 10 Lunge Pulses after. That literally KILLED my butt. And the ab sequence was also a burner! THANK YOU!

Ty Nicole, i love your pilates classes ✨♥️ You are the only one that calm me and make me able to focus and perform exercise at max lvl. In 4 week (5-4 day a of pilates a week) i have the best body i ever had, strong, toned, round butt, and almost visible abs (i have 20% body fat) 🌞🙈💓

I am very active (bicycling long distances) but very inflexible. I'm mid 50s, my spine Doctor told me to do pilates to help with degenerative discs in neck. I love your classes, but struggle with even child's pose as my feet are also inflexible (one fused large toe, other arthritic). I had trouble with this pilates because of the plant, and lift one leg part, but I did what I could do. Thank you, you are fun to watch when I can't do a particular exercise; I just do what I can. : )
