    FAQ's
-How many squares do I need for a baby blanket?
This can vary, it really can be however big or small you like, but i generally do 4x4 or 5x5.
This blog post might be useful: bit.ly/1UIobie
-How many chains shall I do for a *single/double/etc' blanket?
Again, this can vary. I would suggest that you do your chain and lay it down agains the bed you are wanting it for. It should be the same width. You should then ad a few more to make it a little wider.
This blog post might be useful: bit.ly/1UIobie
-How much yarn do I need?
Unfortunately, I will be able to answer individuals questions about how much yarn you would used do to multiple factors affecting it. Such as, your tension, the size of hook and the yarn being used.
    -What camera do you use?
I use a Canon 750D to film my videos on a tripod.
-What do you do for a living?

Thank you for doing both UK and US terms. It makes learning much easier and later makes reading other patterns easier as well.

I was taught to weave the ends in with a needle, but this is so much easier. I can see myself doing more colour change patterns in future.

I have problems learning new things sometimes, but I think it’s mostly getting into my own head before learning a new skill/step because it’s never as hard as I make it in my head. So I’m learning very slowly and basically perfecting everything before moving on. Your videos are great! I learned the slipknot (which my little sister actually said I do better than her already and she’s done some SERIOUS projects!), the chain, the US double/UK single (did I get that backwards?), and just now the color change. I started, after ruining a few small pieces, a small scarf for my twin granddaughters. So it’s nice and simple and repetitive, which I like, only 20 stitches across, and I had to add a color because the starter kit I got had small balls and I ran out of the first one. Oh, and turning, of course. It may take me a while to get through a lot of your videos but I’m using only your channel so far to learn! Thank you! I’m home by myself a lot so this is a great skill to learn and have something else to keep myself busy, other than my legos and my sewing! I decided since everyone kept telling me how great I am at sewing maybe I should try to learn crochet! Hopefully I get good at it too! I don’t have a sewing machine and do everything by hand. Recently I made my granddaughters a teddy bear made completely by hand. Also, hand drew a pattern by myself and looking at a bunch and not finding one the size I wanted. That was the first thing I had ever made! They loved it!

I've learned so much from your videos! I return to them often to refresh a technique. There are many block/motif designs that expect you to follow a chart for color changes. Do you have a video on that? I'm baffled by them.

You are becoming my favorite UA-camr!! I've been crocheting for a long time but wasn't the best at it. I learned from my mother who was left handed but I'm right handed. So I don't hold the yarn exactly right. But you have cleared up a lot of things for me. I love how you explain everything and also show us. Thank you so much!!!

I am left handed and haven't yet found any tutorials for left handed people. I have to reverse everything which is not always easy. However, these videos are so clearly explained and the camera picks up the work very well which helps.

Would I cut the color for the circle at the end of each row and then place it back in again when I work my way back or keep the circle color yarn when I change the row? You are so good at your tutorials. Your voice is easy to listen to, you dont speak too quickly and you hold your crochet in a way that is easy to see. There is a tutorial called Hugs and Kisses Sunshine blanket. Its a beautiful pattern but is taught by someone who speaks too quickly and doesnt hold the crochet flat. Ive tried twice now to do it but have to rewind over and over and over again... I would love it if you could teach it!
