    I’m going through hell trying to heal - taking p5p and l theanine, just crazy sick with cns issues - like the engine is revving but the brakes are on - the neurological symptoms, body stuck in stress response and blurred vision etc are through the roof - I can’t calm, not 1% in 15 months now and bedridden but so awake.. what can be successfully tried that helps raise gaba? I had neurotransmitter tests which came back as low gaba, v low glycine, suspected b6 issues (I have a worsening scaly rash over my chest and back), and super high inflammatory markers, super high 3-hydroxykynrenine - neuro inflammation and no way to put the brakes on (gaba etc). My dopamine & serotonin levels ok.. I’m not depressed, just super super sick with 50+ symptoms - the brain/vision ones the absolute worst. Can you suggest what may help, pls 🙏🏼..

      I know how you feel 😢 I have the same issue. My body is sick and won’t shut down. I have numerous symptoms and feel like my nervous system and brain is getting attacked. It’s cruel to not be able to sleep. I have a chronic uti issue too it’s literally hell. My stupid body won’t make the immune response on tests so the stupid doctors won’t help me enough.

      @@NMW80 yup, just won’t relax 1%.. it’s torture. Sending best, sending hope, we will get there. Somehow💪🏼 I get days where I can push through and get up briefly, but then I crash hard for many days. No one can understand unless they have been here. Take care and reach out anytime

      U need a total reset.
      U may want to consider only green smothies for any where fron a week to 3 weeks.
      It's a miracle .

      A few things that I have learned about have been super beneficial. Breathwork - Wim Hof technique, Qi Gong, Pranayama - they are all good. Cold Showers - start with turning cold water for 15 seconds and go up incrementally
      Eating Green, Fruits and Organic plus smoothies
      Grounding - Put your feet on the ground and sit out in the Sun. Morning and Evening around Sunset is best.
      Fasting - fasting is a great way for your body to heal.
      Meditations - Slows down the Monkey mind but expands your awareness
      Vitamins and Minerals as you need them.

    I agree with this! I started taking glutamine at night for myself and my wife and anxiety has really started to chill out... I can really resognate with what she is saying as well. I started adding the Glutamine and now things are much calmer as far as current thoughts, fears etc. It all is chilling out a bit.
