    Guess what I found in the storage cabinet? PB Blaster! Left over from years ago when You told me how much you liked it & how well it works. Probably liked JBWeld, too.

    I’m replacing the fuel line on my 1999 Buick park avenue and my fuel filter is right in the area I need to replace. It’s a screw on fuel filter on one side so I was wondering if you have any advice on anything I could attach to the new line so I can screw the filter in

    Mine broke off where the fuel filter nut is on a Chevy astro van...I will have to get new inlets that go into the fuel filter. Any help on where to do so would be amazing.

      I know auto value stores typically stock a wide range of fuel unions and fittings

    Do compression fittings need the little insert for nylon lines like they do for plastic water lines?

    Hiw safe is it to use on fuel line will it ever come loose or slip s

    • @FerKurl

      These are the same fittings that come with GM/Ford/Chrysler fuel line repair kits. If installed properly they won’t come loose

    Any opposition to using soft fuel line? My thought… one it’s easier two it doesn’t need to be hard line because it’s not a lot of pressure and it won’t rust.

      i was wondering the same thing... put a new carb in my snowblower but the angle of the fitting was slightly off and theres no extra slack to get it on all the way. I was looking to use this as an extension to add more line instead of replacing the whole line.

    Did ya need a flaring tool?

    • @FerKurl
      @FerKurl  3 роки тому +3

      That is a compression fitting in the video so no flaring need but you can go the flaring route and use unions and fittings
