      But this is also most misleading statement because sometimes you remain consistent for years without proper guidance and end up with nothing. And the worst part is you dont see anything wrong because you are under the impression that its all about consistent

    My personal experience is whenever i keep my core tight while working out, my abs popped way better than abs workout itself, literally i got razorsharp abs just by contracting n relaxing my core along with strength training

    Sir no doubt whatever you mentioned in this video is 100% true. But please clear my doubt regarding abs workout.
    You clearly mentioned here that abs workout before strength training is wrong. Bodybuilders like *KAI GREENE* prefers to train abs as a warmup everyday. In all his training videos he do train abs before strength training. Please if you can explain sir?

    Heyy thank you for explaining everything so wonderfully just one doubt ... if we are not allowed to sleep for long before a workout are we also not supposed to do a workout after waking up in morning? I wake up at 5 and workout at 5:45-6:00 is it ok?

    Long nap before workout - but what about us who go to the gym in the morning i woke up at 6 and go to gym by 6:30 as i have to leave for work by 9. Im doing my workout after my 7-8 hours of sleep

      Bro there is a difference between nap and sleep. Nap means you provide temprory recharge to your body while sleep means to give complete rest to your body. So i think there is no problem in working out in the morning.

    But the last point is contradictory tbh. Main morning me workout karta hu... obviously kayi hours ki sleep hoti hai. What to do? Evening me workout possible nahi hai because my work shift is work 9am-8pm

    1. Have a cup of tea or coffee.
    2. Perform medium cardio before strength training.
    3. Take protein shake half an hour before workout.
    4. Train abs like a warm up.
    5. Stretch before and after workout. (To maintain proper fitness)
    6. Choose morning routine, if not take nap if your body needs.

      @@devashishrawat3576 Its matters, as Singh ji Said no one should take a long 6/7 hours nap before workout. So if you go to gym at 7 am, you must go to bed by 11 pm. so at morning you can,t wrok out.

      You must balance your routine, which includes getting 7-8 hours of sleep. If you have to do an intense workout in the morning, you should eat protein-rich foods (low fat content foods) at least 1 hour before the workout because fat slows down your digestion. You can also take pre-workout drinks or coffee (15-20 mins. before workout).

    My concern is you always focus on evening exercise because eve exercise is always best but having meal before 2.5 hours from exercise is not possible for those people who wake up at 7 am and try to do training by 8 am as they have lots of work and office, but they love exercise hence they have to do it in any condition.
    So I would like to request you to please give some of your love and caring to the folks who works out in morning and please try to make a video or give some valuable tips for morning gym lovers. Please :)

    1. Having too much pre workout or coffee. More than recommended doses.
    2. Performing intense cardio before strength training. Intense cardio consume too much energy especially glycogen of the body. Body consume energy in the following order
    First from carbohydrates then from fats and then from proteins. Therefore do moderate cardio of 5 minutes and then do strength training and use energy of Carbohydrates and glycogen and then do low intensity Long duration cardio and use energy of accumulated fat of your belly area.
    3. Eating too heavy close to workout. Eat at least two and half hours before exercise.
    4. Training abs before strength training. It exhaust your core which supports during strength training.
    5. Static Stretching before lifting. Do dynamic stretching before workout and static stretching after workout. Dynamic stretching means continuous stretching of muscles without holding it any particular position. Static stretching means stretching a muscle and holding it there for few seconds.
    6. Long nap before workout. Take only 20 to 30 minutes nap if required.

    Pehle ma coffe din m 3times peta th aur heart rate aur breathing high ho jata th but last five weeks se coffee sirf din m 1time peta hu ab mujhe heart rate aur breathing sahi rehte h workout k time. ❤️

    Sir core aur abdominal me parkh hota hai ab abdominal ko core bol rahe ho core ka Matlab hota dhaar yani ki agar body se aapke dono hath aur dono legs aur shir kat diya jaye phir jo bachega usko core bolte hai abs jaha par hote hai usko abdominal bolte hai

    @yatinder ji, what about early morning workout? Implicitly the sleep before exercise becomes around 6-7 hours. How should that be handled? I am an office goer and I cant make time for working out other time in a day but in the morning.

      Jo bhi bola hai galat bola hai. Cardio krne se sirf Calories burn hote hai, usse fat reduce hota hai, muscles nei ghat the. Strength training mai aap specific muscle pe focus krte ho, Just make sure you're consuming enough amount of protein after workout and getting a good sleep. Woh muscles recover hoyega hi, woh kahi nei jayega.
