According to PDCAAS chart, digestiblity of protine present in milk/whey is among the highest . I don't think sattu will have such efficient quality of protein. I used to drink sattu but switch to a brown rice+pea protein isolate protein powder. It gives about 24 grams of protein per scoop with only 110 calories. It works great when i want to boost up the protein content my body needs in a calorie deficit. Moreover, its vegan so i don't get any side effects some people face during whey consumption since whey is made from milk.

Basically the only difference is that 100g Sattu can give you 25gm protein meanwhile 30gm Whey can give you 22gm which is almost similar but calories consumed is less in Whey compared to Sattu.

Hello Akshay Sir, I bought whey isolate cafe mocha flavour from naturaltien website. After shaking its forming a lot of foam and it also forms a lot of lumps. Is it okay ? What you said is factually correct, but many other facts are there. Whey protein from milk to market must need lots of processing and of course preserving. Any natural food is always degraded by processing. Sattu doesn't need that type of processing. No one need to try to get full protein dose from Sattu. And that applies to whey protein too. These too can jolly well be compared and considering everything sattu definitely scores over packaged protein sources.

But most whey protein available are either filled with marketting gimmicks alongside added sugar, flavour, stabilizer, processed sugar and amulsifiers etc etc..thats dangerous for health. You can take to meet daily requirements. There are cases were doctors prescribe heavy doses of whey protein to even cancer patients so yes u can calculate your daily requirement and take accordingly although light to moderate exercise is always good no matter what

Hello Akshay Sir, I bought whey isolate cafe mocha flavour from naturaltien website. After shaking its forming a lot of foam and it also forms a lot of lumps. Is it okay ? Or is the package getting manipulated while transportation. Earlier I use to take concentrate from naturaltien itself but it’s mix-ability was great. Don’t know if that’s the case in whey Isolate. Anyone using whey Isolate can you guys please confirm.

What you said is factually correct, but many other facts are there. Whey protein from milk to market must need lots of processing and of course preserving. Any natural food is always degraded by processing.
Sattu doesn't need that type of processing. No one need to try to get full protein dose from Sattu. And that applies to whey protein too.
These too can jolly well be compared and considering everything sattu definitely scores over packaged protein sources.

But most whey protein available are either filled with marketting gimmicks alongside added sugar, flavour, stabilizer, processed sugar and amulsifiers etc etc..thats dangerous for health. Where as sattu is a fantastic drink.. even it has many properties along with protein. That whey protein or any protein products lacks another reason not everyone can afford whey protein but sattu is indigenous, cheap and native to our digestive system. That's all end of debate
