Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. I actually have a similar version of the breakfast wrap with turkey sausage, but mine has one whole wheat tortilla, one egg, one serving of turkey sausage, 1/4 cup of Mexican cheese blend, and an oven toasted hash brown, totaling 550 calories! I'll definitely try making this version as well though!
Chris, Broda am a huge fan of yours. You motivated me to workout and get in shape. I worked out real hard. I went from 85 kgs to 62 kg but also lost muscle gains due to improper diet. I then started following your exercise schedule and have gained 8 kgs back and put up some muscles.

For the culinary culture I will just add that we call the recipe at 0.33 a "Pain perdu" in France (lost bread), made with old stale bread... An alternative is to replace the bread with brioche and add some sugar (or melted caramel), you will have a divine dessert (but not very dietary, of course).

Accidentally fell off my 2 year calisthenics train with ya for almost the past year due to some life stuff, but starting back from ground zero and trying to get back to before! Definitely humbling when your vids I were comfortable previously gases me out hehe.

As a vegetarian, I totally agree with the use of eggs. They're probably my biggest source of protein, and I guarantee you can put on muscle quickly if you eat and train properly, even on a vegetarian diet 😊

I tried the fried rice. I absolutely loved it!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤ only thing though I used soy sauce because that’s what I had at home.
