Its good to see your still uploading man. About two years ago i started my fitness journey and your videos with the no equipment were the ones that got me going. Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. You probably wont see this comment but if you do just know to keep grinding and motivating because you change lives.
During Covid when no gyms were allowed to be open, Chris’s home workouts got me through it

I love cooking and I'm always looking for new recipes! I actually have a similar version of the breakfast wrap with turkey sausage, but mine has one whole wheat tortilla, one egg, one serving of turkey sausage, 1/4 cup of Mexican cheese blend, and an oven toasted hash brown, totaling 550 calories! I'll definitely try making this version as well though!

My favorites are the poached eggs on arugula, shrimp fried rice and avocado toast……yum! I followed your instructions and they all came out amazingly delicious and best of all, so easy to make!

Your cooking looks better and the meals feel great this time around! Fried rice is one of the most common meals we have here, it’s just that fried rice is usually served with a lot of oil so it smells great. Shallots It’s also a good way to put it this way, you learn a lot!
