    Hi Chris,
You have literally changed my life. I was diagnosed with Crohns Colitis since i was 10 years old. Ever since then i have literally been a stick with no energy or motivation. But these past few years with the proper nutrition/diet protocols and Excercise routines from your channel I have been in the best shape of my life. I am in complete remission and will stay this way. Thank you very much.

I cured my Chrons Colitis by eating raw meat with raw animal fat as my main source of food. I also drink lots of raw milk mixed with unheated honey, I eat tons of raw eggs, fruit in season, and raw cheese. Look into the work of Aajanous Vonderplanitz, it literally saved my life. After starting the diet, the pain, bleeding and 20+ trips to the bathroom stopped in only 2 weeks, and I feel so good in more ways than one that I haven't stopped this diet and its been 4+ years. Good luck to ya and eat as much pasture raised, preferably local meat as possible.

Your advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of yours for some types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym. In the process I took a muscle gain plan from Dietarize, and without any additional supplements needed, my muscles started to grow massively over the last two months. Thank you Chris for all the work you have done over the years.

I tryed the waffle. 1st time it came dry, but taste was good. It had potential. So, to not change the recipe, I blanded the berries together (ok: I put a pinch of baking soda). I considered to add a tbs of water, but it was not necessary. The texture improved and the color became adorable! 😁

Hi Chris, Thank you for your dedications with all the videos! And
I love how you are always trying to promote healthy eating by cooking at home! There are a few things I would like to point out though, sugar free syrup might have other chemical components that are not necessarily a good sugar substitute. Granola chunks could be packed with chemicals, sugar and preservatives. The Oat waffle looks great, but you really have to wash the oats very well before cooking. In general, it’s better to read the food package carefully before purchase/use. Best to avoid buying processed foods! Wishing everyone healthy and well being! 🙏

dude, your food is incredible.. I never thought I'd enjoy eating such simple food, but it's the right amounts and the flavors are BANGIN'
We've done the salmon salad, the steak, the omlette, the chicken taco wraps and the chicken & protein pasta.. amazing! only change we made to the protien pasta was remove the basil use lemon pepper seasoning and add a squeeze of lemon at the end. fantastic.

This video reminds me of the time when I was learning how to cook. I had just bought the diet plan (created it from Dietarize iirc) at the age of 22 and started preparing my own meals from the food I got in the plan. I was so motivated back then. I broke my barriers when it comes to amount of food I can eat in a day, resulting in noticeable gains for a newbie. I recommend evryone to take care of their diet first, the results will come naturally.

For the waffle, I would add greek yogurt for more liquidity. E.g. Oats (40g), 1xEgg, Greek Yogurt (120g), Protein Powder (20g). Extras: 1xBanana, cinnamon, more eggs.

I usually alternate between a healthy parfait like what you showed (I prefer Fage or Siggi, but Chobani is good too), or an omelette with similar ingredients (but using 2 egg whites & 2 eggs). Both super healthy & nutritious ways to start the day with a good amount of protein. 👍

If you want to keep the bread from ripping, immediately put it in the pan after covering both sides with the egg mixture. Don't soak it for more than 3 seconds on each side. This also prevents it from being too soggy. You can add a teaspoon or so of vanilla extract to your mixture too for added flavor ❤

Thank you Chris for this breakfast ideas! I wake up every morning at 3:30am and hit the gym. After a good work out, everyone knows that the munchies start sneaking in. I was tired of eating basically the same thing since I’m really picky as to what eat, it’s healthy but I can use a change. All the showings you did are actually foods that I like. I will definitely be trying them! Thank you for the inspiration and discipline you show.

Instead of sugar free syrup (which usually contains sucralose or acesulfame), you could use maple, or agave syrup 🙂
Also, vanilla extract goes a long way in french toast
