Number two is Fried Eggs and Salmon Muffins, it's a great invention.. Number three is Fried Eggs with Crushed Avocado, it's more than just breakfast..!! Egypt has a strategic location, as it's included in the countries of North Africa, as well as the countries of the Middle East, the Arab countries, the Mediterranean countries, and the Red Sea countries, but we are known to be Middle Easterners. So..Of course, I'm Middle Eastern and I love Shakshuka.

If you put butter in the microwave on high for one minute, it will explode. Why? Butter contains milk solids and water, as it melts, the water goes to the bottom with the mild solids. Very quickly the water boils but it is under the clarified butter, pressure builds in a matter of seconds and BAM!! it is all over the inside of your microwave and will take you at least five minutes to clean up the mess. Low and slow or suffer the consequences.

In Winter, when it’s cold, we might have porridge with milk and cinnamon or a dab of jam. I often just have a banana and maybe a portion of yogurt.

if there's anything about this channel that isn't extraordinary, I haven't found it. Extremely inspiring, if admittedly as a would be cook, humbling. Admittedly, he does have access to better ingredients (locally we have no fresh bread, no cheese, and no fresh ham, and our eggs are industrial), but the breadth and depth of his dishes are borderline unreal. Not to mention utterly delectable. And 'Whiskey' still comes close to stealing the show.
