how tight should you wrap your wrists wraps coz you can't really get a firm adjustment without cutting off your circulation a bit and i'm afraid of ruining my wrist wraps for unwrapping them every time i'm done with a set
silent mike is bad ass, it takes some confidence to step up with a group of animals like that and he is surprisingly strong. i think he has a little more then 20 years of experience helping him out! 385 is right around the corner
Hey Smelly, i've got a question. My squat is very weak due to bad form. Kinda fixed form so now I can start increasing the weights by good amounts finally. Doing an ub/lb split at the moment. Workout A 5x5 squats. What would you suggest for B? I've done 7x3 and 5x5 also. But if you increas the weight 2times a week with 5x5 it'll get heavy quickly. Thanks in advance :D

Does tapping with the inside of the dumbbell on the incline chest press isolate the chest more?
What does rocking the head back and forward on the bench do??
It's just a habit that a lot of people do.
To me it helps me get better leg drive and overall momentum. Watch as how he benches his head movement is in sync with the rest of his movements.

This is the way I have benched for years I like it it fits my body type.
For me its more psychological than anything. Like throwing my head back initiates the drive to launch the bar off my chest.

How much does silent Mike weigh ? He seems way under the 200 ( maybe because he's sorrounded by animals ) but bench some serious weight!

do you need to try and retract the scapula on dumbbell bench? like trying to mimic a barbell setup or can you just fall back and press? If you do how?
