    20:09...This man has been a life long student of strength. Says he started teaching the Starting Strength method he just learned recently. Mind blowing, one of the strongest men on the planet, coach and advisor to many of the strongest people to ever walk the earth, goes to a Starting Strength seminar and is still picking up gold nuggets. Props to Rip, and mad respect to Rhino. Who do you ever meet with this type of humility who has done so much and asked for so little. Thank you all, for everything you do every day for making our lives better.

    The thing with the trap bar is if you have the conventional deadlift down with years of training it, you will automatically pull the trap bar to the same spot, not over extending the low back.

    Mark, usually I'm critical of some of your videos. This one was a homerun. Very, very informative. Can you please do a comparison video on the new your new x knee sleeves. Just compare it to the gangster sleeves and the strong sleeves. I wanna purchase them, not the richest guy in the world and there's no info on the tube on them.

    • @iHoRiZonTaLz
      @iHoRiZonTaLz 4 роки тому +1

      Dont waste your money. If you want good knee sleeves buy SBD. Every world record holder wear them at pl meets.

    • @brandoncheek2597
      @brandoncheek2597 4 роки тому

      Don't buy the x sleeves or ST's etc. For some reason all of ST's sleeves have shitty sewing and blow out on the seams, which is a shame because i've never seen the actual material fail. The x sleeves offer more pop out of the hole than SBD's but they simply blow apart in less than 6 months. If you're wanting to save some $$ the strength shop infernos have treated me great (after my fucking X's blew out..) and were cheap. The newer SBD's are still great, but they aren't as rigid as they used to be a couple years back.
