Would be fantastic if Stan would get on the Joe Rogan podcast, who would like to see that? Would be a very broad audience and Stan is certainly a character to behold and on such a high level at what he does.
I've tagged frequently, just takes a couple hundred people to do it. Eventually the pair will be made.
Let’s tell joe
I think about that podcast every day. Hope to see it soon.
Mark Bell was at JRE and Rogan wasn't impressed with his bro science.

Best information I've run across on recovery
Incredible this was free. Big thank you to Mark and Stan
Could listen to this for hours, what a wealth of knowledge Stan has!
His knowledge especially on digestion and absorption is awesome.

It's good to see a top level Powerlifter and BB, with a formal education, as well as practical application, giving solid advice and information. Thanks Mark and Rhino.
The amount of knowledge is phenomenal, could listen Stan for hours!
the steak industry should give stan a farm worth of cows
Hahah I said the same thing this guy makes me want to grill a steak while listening to him lol
He is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable guys I've ever listened to, it's awesome how he puts these seminars out for free.
I just want to say that I really appreciate this advice being put out in the public realm. This is absolutely gold and very generous of Stan and Mark to share.
Thanks Team Supertraining!
Definitely some audio issues but y'all should keep in mind this was thrown together like the day before as a free seminar (I'm pretty sure). People probably pay the Rhino heaps of cash for an hour or two consultation and we're getting a couple hours of wisdom completely free of cost
Great seminar. I always repeat the question from the students when I teach a class. It helps in 2 areas. First, I confirm that I answer the correct question. Second, I’m facing the group and have the mic so everyone hears me.
Literally the best interviews and people I follow. Less for specifics of programming and so so so much more for mindset and practicality 🤙🏽thank you.
Stan and Mark are brilliant, the fact that this info is free is amazing, thank you guys for doing this, it is much appreciated and valued, you guys are the best!
These videos are GOLD
Rakshit Sadh I feel like I know the secrets to life itself now
Thank you for the knowledge guys... much appreciated. Respect!
Mark Bell is one of the most inspirational people I’ve ever come across.
Thank you for all the content! I could listen for hours to Stan!!!!
I cannot be more thankful for this. Thanks!
Thanks a lot for this free seminar. It gives me hope and offers my ideas how to get me to the next level with simple and healthy changes. I hope i can afford it in about 4 years to get a coaching from Stan. Best wishes from Bavaria
Thanks for these! I've listened to them 2 and 3 times!
A big thank you to the rhino, mark and his team for this video. So much knowledge and advice completely for free. Thanks from the UK brother!
Thank you so much Stan and Mark! Hard to believe this shit is free! Thanks the great insights from countless reps and sets of wisdom!
Literally everything he said, I heard/read somewhere before, this guy just knows everything . I'M FOR SURE gonna change my diet
The best channel on UA-cam! Thank you Smelly!
Thanks for that seminar filming, the knowledge is very useful
Long live Rhino and Mark. Thank you guys setting this up for free.
Very informative speaker and coach. In a world of BS this guy is the real deal. Thank you
Great video! Love the content! You and Stan are my favorites!
Another amazing segment. THANK YOU once again, peace!
Thanks for making this available.
Thanks Mark. And thanks Stan. Really appreciate the helpful content.
Both of these were fantastic! Thank you Stan and Mark for this. I am the old guy at the gym (lol)...seeing and hearing all of this is the greatest! Thank you Both!
and thank you, tony, for thanking both stan and mark
you will always live on in their hearts
hahhahah keep pushin old man well all be there one day
Fantastic seminar. Thanks guys!
Rhino and Smelly, Thanks so much for this PRO wisdom! not bro science. I took notes and will implement. It's so valuable, I really appreciate that you give it to us on the web like this.
Awesome seminar Stan pin point nutrition for the power athlete. Could listen all-day!
The last story by Mark really shows the kind of person he is. As always Rhino is impressive but I think Mark actually just topped him for the first time right here! You can’t fake that kind of passion.
Great Video. I'm amazed that Stan stood for 2 hours without flinching! Mark needed to lean on that chalk stand.
Mark, I really enjoyed the seminar. I've seen a lot of negative comments on here. I guess ya can't make everyone happy. Keep on keepin on. Big Fan. Love the info you and the Rhino put out. Strength is never a weakness.
A lot of negative people, doubting. But as an amature I feel extreme differences in performance based on my sodium and carb intakes. Glad to hear some support behind what my body was responding to
I'm French and don't get it clearly.... What's are yours supplements
The nerve of that guy in the audience wearing a mike otren shirt @ a free marc bell event. Lol
Everything in my college dining hall has canola oil. It disgusts me and I dab everything with a napkin to get it off but it still pisses me off that they force you to get a meal plan for the first year.
this is really great, thanks
Thanks for sharing this valuable info 4 free.
Thank you for the video!
more stuff with stan he is so awesome Mark!!best videos with him always!!! thumbs up if u think so!!!!
Stan is the man!
Do you have any different advice for a person (I'm 54 yr old male) on Warfarin/Coumadin (blood thinner) regarding training, diet, sodium intake, etc. for the purpose of changing body composition through gaining lean muscle? Is nitric oxide helpful or unsafe?
Knowing is half the battle!
Amazing, and free!
Hi! i have a hearing disorder so i have big problem in hearing what's being told. So i wonder if anyone who has listened to this seminar can tell me if he talks about his 20 rep training style? i'm very curious about it. I Know he recommend 20 rep squats but does he do it for the rest of the body too?
Incredible information for freeeeee!!! I wonder if Stan has read 'Deep nutrition'? His philosophy is highly correlated with Kate's book, and indeed the Weston Price philosophy in general. The difference here, however, is that he embodies and exemplifies the vigour that most of us seek. Since watching this I have gone back to my old ways of a gallon of milk a day coupled with steak mince and rice...the mad thing for me is that I was 18 stone ripped when i used to do that, yet somehow got brainwashed by 'experts' to drop milk altogether, and cut red meat down to once a week (Dropping to a lean 16 stones at one point!). Thanks for the slap in the face wake up call Rhino :-)
Stan is a BOSSSS
Droppin knowledge bombs
ballpark what are the general amounts of sodium and cholesterol needed for a novice/intermediate lifter mid 30s?
great seminar, big ups to big boi mark and professional t h i c c b o i stan
Hey Mark is Stan planning on writing a book on it ? Would seem a good place to put that knowledge.
hey man what is the link you gave out ? food map? the one to get from google all the chart from the foods that are healthy are not, and the ones that produce a lot of gas, if someone can please post the link, thanks
idk if you still need it, but he was talking about low FODMAP foods: www.monashfodmap.com/i-have-ibs/starting-the-low-fodmap-diet/
What’s the Rhino’s recommendation on increased sodium intake for someone who is hypertensive and takes hydrochlorothiazide?
Shane Artzer Any personal trainer would tell you to consult a doctor before any training program/diet.
Great!
Any feedback on oatmeal?
Great video
Not entirely sure about the reasoning behind all of Stan's recommendations, but damn does his vertical dieting apporach work. Try it out. For me it's been a game changer.
what kind of sodium, pw?
Just loaded up on himalayan pink salt on pizza then preworkout and had probably the best workout of my life. #NowInTheArsenal
Where is part 1?
Awesome
RHINO!!!
Wish I could hear the questions.
What kind of a year round stack did stan running? Trt on 200mg of test only? Or did he also add in some hgh?
200mg isn't TRT for everyone. I've seen it put people in the 1500 level.
Terrific vid
Stan is a genius
+bmoc888 I can’t hear the audience. The audio is messed up
What about the oranges are good for the liver?
kale's better
What creative study has come out recently that says it doesn’t effect ATP levels?
stan makes good points but have you noticed a common pattern of folks that advocate lots steaks/beef generally are the ones having heart attacks (e.g. john meadows) , high blood pressure, and ultimately dying at an early age
Another couple mic's would have made this sooo much BETTER !
Mark my little brother called. He wants his shirt back. Thanks!
Random Question, but if anyones got some 2 cents let me know
Im 202lbs, 21 yrs old, 6ft2 and I strength train (For about a year now)
Why is it that every time I eat, I get extremely bloated in the stomach to the point where it looks like I'm fucking pregnant. Any time I'm full, its constant bloating. Im not sure if this is a dumb question or not, but its very annoying wearing a tighter top, fitting it perfectly, then grabbing a dinner and just having to suck in your stomach all night because of this bloating. I don't over eat, so I'm not sure whats the cause. Also, I do eat fairly clean. My version of a cheat meal is just a chocolate granola bar.
Would a whole orange be better than just the juice?
I have a Urinary Tract Infection
THANKS:)
So if I order steak and rice from chipotle would that be. Okay ??
When I was on a pee protein powder with high sodium (4%). I started looking like a freaking zombie in the face fairly quickly. Gray and like a farmer had plowed my face. I mean I literally looked like I was going to die within a year. I got a lot better when I stopped but it did do permanent damage. My face aged like crazy. I was below 5 grams/day from the protein powder + regular diet.
Hi Mark and Stan, what would be suitable alternatives (or combination of alternatives) to provide a similar nutritional profile to that of Beef ? In my country, Beef is really expensive and costly. Cheers.
Cow.
Getting this much information for free feels like a crime
This guy is a master of mixing in just enough real nutrition and bro science/made up nonsense to sound like an expert
Is he talking shit?
Wish mark was wearing a mic
I was doing the egg whites chicken breast brown rice. One day of beef and oj and spinach real eggs white rice. HOLY IM A BEAST
so turkey is bad to eat because it raise estrogen?
♥️
I wish i could hear the question’s
Felipe Mendoza they invented head phones , try it
damn , referencing Gary Taubes.
the beginning of the end
Friend: Man why you so salty. Me: Stan told me to eat more salt
Lol
Can somebody clarify this post workout carb drink with sodium and caffeine? I heard 100mg of caffeine. What is the source of sodium? A pill? How many mgs?
50g fructose, 50g dextrose, 600-900mg of sodium ,and 100mg of caffeine. You can find all that stuff on amazon for cheeeeap. He said he used sodium tabs
Thermo tabs on Amazon for Sodium
TheSoftJ is that what he said the dosage was in the video?
Alex Gregory yes
TheSoftJ I thought he said he threw 2 nuun tabs in for electrolytes/sodium as well as the caffeine
Rhino spits knowledge 🦏
@29:00 you can see Stan thinking SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP.. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SHUT UP...
turkey is not good to eat because it increase estrogen?
veerayuth deedanklang I think he meant the extra stuff added to the ground turkey...not sure though..
do I need to eat Steak or am I fine with eating red meat like miced meat? I am a student and i really cant buy Steak because its too expensiv here in Germany
It's the same animal.
Ritzmo Dahm dude don't eat mice meat.
College trick: buy one frrozen turkey, and 36 whole eggs, then buy coconut oil, some spinach and kale, and a bag of jazmine rice. All of that will feed you for one week under 40$/ week.. more protein than you'll need, all the carbs, all the healthy fats, enough micronutrients and fiber. Meals would include 1 cup of turkey diced, 2 whole eggs, 2 tbspn coconut oil, a little bit of spinach and kale, half a cup of rice.. That's roughly 50g high quality protein, 50g carbs, 15-20g fats, and mad micronutirents per meal. IDK if this helps but it's what I did and worked for me.
Brendan I Disagree Joe Schaub this UA-cam name is the tits
alot of minced meat contains soy and has been through more processing.. I would just buy whole cuts if you're going to go with steak. To me, cost vs. quality of protein, turkey is the way to go. Buy a frozen turkey at the grocery store and you have more than enough protein for an entire week for like $15 lol
What kind of Shoe's is Rhino wearing?? Reebok....
2:55 Can I get the study that shows eating soy-fed meat raises your estrogen levels? I'm skeptical.
its actually fito estrogensand are not bad for you
@@MarcosRuizHuidobro phytoestrogen?
What does Stan says about sleep time? How many hours? Does he gives a recommendation?
Its all gonna depend on the individual some people will need more than others. i actually asked stan about sleep, he said he just used to write down when he went to sleep and when he woke up. that doesnt necessarily tell you how long you slept but it does give you a number that you can average out over time and pay attention to. He also said he recorded how many times he peed too.
Tiger Crooks He talks alot about sleep in the first episode of this seminar its ok his youtube channel. Basically what he said was sleep within your circadian rythym (10pm - 6am) ish and get around 7-8 hours of quality deep sleep in the right conditions (pitch black room etc)
