I am a little confused. At 2:20 when you select your business role and partner's role, it seems backward to me. Aren't YOU (in this example) an agency requesting access from your client. However, in the video, you select yourself as a brand and the partner as an agency. Is this an error? If not, I am totally confused 🙂
Hi Bruce. You are correct. The Business role should be Media agency and the Partner's role is Brand or business. Thank you for pointing this out. We will update the video with the correct roles soon.
Hi there, I've just signed a new client but they aren't computer literate. Do they need a fb business manager / ad account set up before we connect with leadsie?
Hi David, we've build Leadsie especially for people who are less tech savvy, so that should be fine! Your client can actually create a FB business manager and ad account right within Leadsie. This article & video hopefully helps: help.leadsie.com/article/64-how-to-create-facebook-meta-assets Does this help? 🙏
when I go to my Business Suitte account I can't see Users, or Partners. I can see Home - Notifications - Inbox - Leads Centre etc. No Users or PArtners. Is there any other way to request access for meta ads?
Not sure if we can help here! Are you saying you lost access to the page because it was claimed by a business manager? If you don't have access to the Business Manager, then please contact Facebook support to get this back.
Most likely not disabled - when access is shared, it sometimes triggers a few security things on Meta's end. Can your client get in touch with the support? If not, you may actually be able to do it on their behalf since you have access. It may be that they just have to verify their email or verify their business.
Your video clarity is super amazing!!!! What camera do you use??
@akhilj307 Thanks! We're using the camera from an iPhone. 😊

Thank you! Leadsie is a professional tool for agencies, it starts from $49/mo.

@@leadsie perfect, thank you!
I am yet to receive the email from meta, to grant request. Please what should I do.
Try filtering your inbox using the keyword "Facebook". Sometimes, these emails are filtered automatically and could be in your spam or other folders.
