Everything worked until i started populating the url link, all of the headlines and descriptions. The ad generating preview would never populate anything. When I called google ads all they try to do is push a marketing person and a budget on you - they never provide actual tech support for why the ad preview generated won't work. Any suggestions?

I'm setting up ads now, and I found this video which helped me a lot, and I cannot thank you enough. I've watched a lot of videos, and I discovered that most of the presenters just automatically assume that their target audience is young and very tech savvy because their audience grew up with technology which is not the case with me. Thank you once again. Now to get my first ad completed :-)

Dug it. Interface was indeed different, but opened a new tab and ran through it as suggested. Happened such that my goal was in line with the presenter's, and am happy with the outcome. Kudos for condensing that into half an hour - even if it took me three hours to work back and forth through the process!

6:00 - You are more likely to maximize your time, save money and make a sale if you use Search Ads, because the people searching Google and clicking on your Ad are already in that mode. They are actively looking for something. They are people whose intentions are to buy whatever it is you have to sell, or looking for whatever it is you have to offer, or something close to it. I make it a point to take notice of how I feel when I am watching an interesting documentary or video on UA-cam, and all of a sudden, BAM! An Ad interrupts what I was watching. It gets me really pissed off every time it happens. Very rarely do I find a Video Ad that interrupts my enjoyment more interesting that the video I am watching. I can't wait until I see "Skip" so I can do just that.

Liking the message thus far, time ago trying Google ads the encountered issue was UA-cam video ads were a requirement for a campaign. Then, it was utterly frustrating
