If that is not done, I cannot assign that facebook page to my new portafolio, also I'm not sure if the whatsapp business number will be lost in the former portafolio, hope I will be able to get the same number in the new portafolio :/

ok that helped but i still don't know where to begin. Do i have to create these accounts separate from my facebook or are they created automatically when i create and ad thru boost a post. Who can help me figure out what i currently see on my accounts now because some i know are mine but not sure where they came from and one I don't recall naming it what its called i want to clean it up but don't know what came from where. Please some direction.
If you previously boosted a post, an ad account was already created but possibly not associated with a Business Portfolio. If you are not familiar with the accounts' names, you can simply remove your access to them.
If we have 3 insta accounts and 2 websites for which we want to run ads all for the same company. Shall we have 1 business portfolio or none at all? What is easier?

Not necessarily. You can create ads for multiple platforms on Meta Business Suite.

Facebook is slowly releasing Business Suites to accounts. It's possible that your account has it already.

I believe Facebook is redirecting you to the Meta Business since they are slowly rolling out the implementation of the Meta Business Suite.
