Finally found someone that I can clearly understand and follow. Have been so frustrated and confused and you have really simplified and made sense of it all! Thank you!
OMG...thank you for the info! I went crazy trying to find the ad manager. These people teaching eCommerce keep saying "go to your "FB ad manager" and click blah, blah, blah.... So I went there by typing "ad manager" in FB search box. My profile pops up, asks me to log in, but keep getting rejected. Went to "support" but there was no such subject as "I can't log in to my ad manager". Well, hello, first of all, I need to create it! :D Thank you for clarifying it, Sydney! ☺ ♥
just jumping into Facebook Ads, I'm trying to learn my way around the Suite/ Ads Manager / Ads Center and something that should be simple such as the settings page is ridiculous. Clicking around I have found 4 or 5 different settings pages that all look just slightly different. Once I come across one I can never seem to figure out how to get back to it. The whole thing is set up like a freaking maze. I don't think I could make a more confusing interface if I set out with that as my goal.
If I have a Virtual Exec Asst that will post and create groups, possibly generate ads, etc (also sync with Instagram, UA-cam, etc), do I add her as a partner or give access as admin? thanks
If they work for your company and only your company, add them as admin. If they are an agency with multiple clients, then add them as a partner. Not sure about the UA-cam part... the two don't sync.
Need your suggestion - While creating a business manager account should I provide email address of the business for which I'm creating the business manager account or my personal email id that I used to create my Facebook profile. Please help
I just started my business. If i create a business manager, do I also need to create an "ad account"? I see that it is possible to run ads as the Business Manager itself. What is the express purpose of having an ad account also?
Creating an ad account and using ads manager is going to give you access to many more features and option for advertising. the ads option inside business suite is a super simple way for people to spend money on FB but not the best way :)
Either your account is too new (so keep using Facebook, make posts, add friends... to build trust) or you already have a business manager... so just use the one that is already made :)
@@VertexMarketingAgency Thank you! Actually yes, the account is new, will keep in mind to keep posting and building my account. Any idea how long would it take before I can make the account?
Hi Thank you for this beautiful informative video as always but I have a small question which is, why Facebook gives us a personal ads account if we should not even use it for running ads for my business?
Because people can run ads to their own page if they want! Influencers, content creators, personal coaches, etc. But a business is different that those 2things
@@VertexMarketingAgency Thank you so much for your reply. One more last thing and then i will stop annoying you guys, we can create multiple ads accounts in a single business manager which means we can create multiple ads accounts for a single business but why is that even necessary because creating new ads accounts means again the business is starting from null so why? Even if the business is serving in multiple countries or regions one ad account should be enough.
hello sidney i have question everytime i set up my campign always ads error wat the main reason thank you if you answer my question godbless and more power to you
Should the Business Manager be attached to your FB personal profile or to your pages only. My profile has my correct contact info but when I deal with ads or business manager, it always shows contact info of 8 years ago and I have since moved. Can't find where to update that info.
👋 hello! This is a great video…thank you for putting it together…I’ve already subscribed and liked this video…I have a quick question, say I have a bakery a local shop and I want to use ads manager and direct people to my website and I have my bakery pixel attached to it and at the same time I want to sell unrelated stickers in another niche and than I want to sell something else in the female market…can I have 3 different pages and have 3 different pixels for each page or do I need to start 3 different business managers? Thanks again and looking forward to your reply…
Hi thank you so much! Overall, this is a lotttt to manage as a business owner... it takes so much time and effort to grow 1 business profitably... growing 3 businesses of any sort would be hard! If you plan on growing all these businesses, then I would recommend having all their own separate business managers with each their own pixels and info etc. However they could also be part of the same business manager... but could get messy in the future. If you are helping someone else/have business partners who "own" the other businesses, I would get them to make their own business managers and add you as a user.
Hi , thank you for the video. I have an urgent question because there is no answer from anywhere. I entered my fb account than i cliked ads manager. There is one account. I want to delete it and deactivated. After that i went back to fb home fage and again cliked ads manager. My ads account increased 2. Then i decided to freeze my fb account. One day later i enrolled fb again. Whenever i cliked ads manager my account number is getting more and more. Last time it was 5 ads accounts. If i delete my facebook is it possible to delete all these ads account? ( I don't have business manager or suite. )
Having a hard time following the issue you are facing! I'd recommend 1st, to properly organize your business manager. Don't delete a bunch of things... just reorganize and turn off if needed. facebook can become glitchy if you delete stuff and you can never recover it.
Amazing video! Hi, Sidney, I'm intrigued at 5:00 Aren't we able to create another "business" in a Business Manager? Since a Business Manager (BM) can have many pixels (100 pixels). For example, we already have a pixel for selling shoes. If we want to sell bags, we can then create another pixel for selling bags. So one BM can have two "business(es)" in the above example. Am I correct? Or please correct me if I am wrong (or if it will violate the FB ad policy) Cheers!
1 domain (website) = 1 pixel. You should NEVER have more than 1 pixel on a single domain... this can mess up your data big time. So if you're driving traffic to 1 website, regardless of what product you're selling you should only have 1 pixel. Does this help answer your question?
@@VertexMarketingAgency Thank you for the response! So, although technically possible to have multiple Facebook pixels on a website, you recommend only putting one specific pixel for a website, right? Is it because of this reason: Let's say there is a customer who wants to buy shoes. The customer might accidentally visit another page that displays the bags. They might end up purchasing the bags, and that can disturb/mess up the pixel learning Is it correct? So is it better to have 1 website (domain+hosting) = 1 product = 1 Business Manager = 1 pixel ?
@@VertexMarketingAgency Very curious about this....you said 1 business per manager, but it does raise the question why you can have like up to 50 ad accounts per manager, and also so many pixels as well. I do want to follow their policy and not get banned however, but I have more then 2 businesses I'd like to use with facebook so im hoping your allowed more then 1 inside of 1 business manager just seperate page and ad account. gonna keep searching
@@winterinplimoth5425 I would recommend being added as an admin to another business manager. Because how can one person own and operate dozens of businesses at once.. successfully? This is unlikely. So, the owner of the business should own their own business manager and then add you as a user. This situation may arise if there is an agency, let's say who owns the ad accounts for their clients) not recommended since they would put every other ad account at risk if 1 gets banned / restricted) When you've been added as a user, under all your ad accounts you'll see "X business owns this". This is the way it should be done. Also, over time, you will be able to create new business managers... once you build more "trust" with Facebook.
Let say i am an agency that run advertisements for my clients. Can I do all that from my business manager please? I will be glad if you can elaborate more because I am a bit confused. I am actually new to Facebook marketing. Thanks.
@@VertexMarketingAgency thanks so much for the answer. It is very clear. But one more question please. What if I want to analyze my clients ads so I can target the right audience they need. Where will take take place? Business manager or ad manager. The thing is confusing since I just set off in this new path. Thanks once again.
i can not create business account...when i try then this comes that "You have reached the limit for the number of Businesses you can create at this time." now what i do? please help me
What is the reason you need to create so many business managers? It takes time and patience to successfully grow a brand online, so why would you need another BM? If you need to create this for a client, or another venture you are starting, get the owner of the business to do it, then add you as a user to their business manager. You will only be able to create 1 if you're new to fb. you will need to gain trust from FB in order to get access to more BM creation limits.
Yes, in fact this s what we do. However our agency business manager only gets added as a user/partner to others. It doesn't own all the other businesses.
They are still seperate, but merging more and more. I made an updated video here: ua-cam.com/video/CRPaDFAuAsI/v-deo.html&lc=UgzTmhQg1dfXginxI6R4AaABAg
So you wouldn’t run ads from your business manager… You would run ads from your ad account but all these different assets should be inside a business manager. Hope this makes sense 😁
