Ok, we did this, however, the user doesn't have access to the full range of tools on Instagram, such as adding music etc. How does a user get access to all the editing tools?

i have few editors on my page i do the publishing they upload their work is there way to know who upload their work since there few i need to know who exactly working.

However I created a business account page within my personal instagram account, so how can I only link the business page (and not my personal page)?

One i have been made an admin in meta for FB and IG. How do I then add them on the mobile version? Its asking me for their password. Which obv I dont have. thanks

Hi! What really confuses me is that Instagram may have updated its rules or there might be some bugs. My client has already granted us full control of Facebook, but Instagram access remains partial. The client mentioned that he's unable to give us full control of Instagram. What could be the issue? If he was able to give us full control of Facebook, shouldn't he be able to do the same for Instagram?

When I click "create an account" the dialogue box looks different. It looks like a dialogue box for a personal account. It doesn't say "Create Your Business Account". Do I need to have a personal account first?

I have them set up on Meta Business Suite, but how can they message potential customers and like, comment, etc? I need help! I reuqest accesses to my client's page and she granted and all went well, but she hadn't connected her instagram to her facebook page yet. Now she has but I can't only post reel, I don't have permissions to post regular posts or stories. The only solution I 've found is to login with her instagram, but she's not comfortable sharing that with me, nor she's tech savvy enough to go to settings and give me permissions. Is there something I can do?

Thanks for the update! Google seems to keep making things harder. Apple-i-fying things, making it seem simpler by hiding settings and functions in additional layers of complexity ... Just tried to contact support, but as far as I have found, they do not provide any support other than by phone. Bummer. If anyone finds another way to reach support, please let me know.
