Seems so much easier and quicker when working with the only 1 milk These days there so many alternative milks which makes baristas life bit more time consuming
I see you rember every little step of where you're at with every single drink just ripping that machine including remembering to puff your steam to purge your milk frother while not losing a beat in all the other steps going back down the line. I love watching this!

Dritan serve in less than 5 minutes what it would’ve taken to 5 baristas 20 minutes at Starbucks and obviously they would never deliver this quality in a million years.

I wouldn’t hold Starbucks to a higher standard given to the fact that although their focus is in delivering convenience (fast food, everywhere) something’s gotta give right? Can’t win them all. However I make sure to thank the baristas at Starbucks that go the extra mile and deliver higher quality. Whatever you do if you do it right it brings unexpected rewards. Hope you get to do what you love so the community around you gets to enjoy your work. Just like we enjoy what Dritan shares. Best of luck to you bro! 😁
It prevents the milk from getting liquid again. You want the milk in a cappuccino to be of creamy consistence. If you don’t pour it from one pitchel to another, the milk will split into two layers: a creamy one at the top, a liquid one under the creamy layer; exactly what you want when you make a latte macchiato.
