I wish my shoulders were just fat, so that I could reduce them, but they're not. I have genetically broad shoulders, they're slim but broad, and they look hideous, I look like a wall even though I have the ideal small waist curvy chest, and glutes. I wish everyday they would go away
Finished 2 weeks My shoulders and arms are my big problem. I don't do exercise cause it makes me feel exhausted as I have weak lungs. But hopefully, this one will work - Hey guys! I already completed 2 weeks. I played/did this video twice every day in my 2nd week and here! I see the difference! I love my shoulders now. Yay! I'll keep doing it. My first-week journey: Day 1: I can feel my shoulders and arms burning. I did it 3 times today but no improvement "yet" Day 2: I can still feel the burn and it's kinda painful 😆 I'll continue doing this every day and hopefully will see an improvement. Day 3: This is my 3rd day and I can see a little bit of improvement, so happy that it's working. My arms and shoulders are aching dunno why but I guess no pain no gain? #keepdoing Day 4: It's not that hard compared to the first 3 days. I'll keep doing it and I'll keep you posted 😉 Day 5: It's my 5th! I never thought I would make it till this day coz I'm so lazy you know! Haha! Day 1 - the burn felt so good. Got a good stretch in as well. Feeling refreshed. Day 2 - the exercises got easier. Already seeing some progress. My back feels less tense too Day 3 - loved the feeling of stretching out my back and reducing the tension built up. Definitely feel like my shoulders are more flexible and there is less fat on me. Day 4 - I picked up the speed a little and I’m starting to feel the burn again. My shoulders feel lighter and look less bulky. 🎉 Day 5 - love thissss!!!! Day 6 - skipped Day 7 - skipped Day 8 - didn’t even feel like I had missed 2 days!! Definitely felt awesome!!

Finished week 1 My week was hectic and eventful especially since my pet got into an accident and I had to tend for her, but whenever I had free time (usually around the morning), I did the workout. I didn't change my diet at all and even ate a lot of sweets, but saw results. I noticed that all of my sleeves were loose during day 5 and the feeling was phenomenal My arms felt weak and sore for the rest of the day during days 1-3, but now in day 7, I hardly feel anything different from after the work out I've seen a lot of commenters documenting their experience with the workout and most of them are unfinished and it upsetted me a little so I decided to comment mine

Yess that's true but sometimes they get wider cuz of taking meds , this year I had sickness alot and for that I took so many meds which resulted in making my shoulders wider so that's why I just want my body to be how it was before slim and beautiful.❤️

Love these!! 💃 💪 Day 1: Completed the video without stopping. Haven't exercised in a year. Also, I'm almost 50 years of age, so you can do this. ☺️ My shoulders felt tight, like I have been a couch potato 🥔 for a year. 🤭🙃 Broke a slight sweat as I worked out. 😅 Figured I would be sore tomorrow, but in a good way, I'm exercising. 💪 Day 2: Was a little sore from yesterdays' workout, AND being a couch potato. ☺️🤭🙃 Finished the full video without stopping it. 💃✌️ My back and shoulders don't feel as tight as they did the first day. I actually want to lift my 10 lb weights, but don't want to over due it and hurt myself. I am also doing some of her other videos for lower body exercises. I have been intermittent fasting for years, and picked it back up in January. Am here not for shoulder thinning but for relief from upper back rhomboid and scapular pain as well as nerve pain….so far doing these exercise are moving the muscles more than any other exercise I’ve tried…

Day 1: Didn't really hurt tbh, i felt no burn ✅ Day 2: Idk why it's starting to burn all of a sudden✅ Day 3: I skipped it today because it was my birthday.❌ Day 4: since I couldn't feel anything , I decided to do the moves at a faster paste and now I can feel my arms and shoulders burninggg. As I predicted I still see no changes.✅ Day: 5 Tbh idek if I done the workout because I usually do other workouts aswel. Since I forgot I'm gonna say I didn't do it.❌ Day6: My arms are burninggggg✅ I made sure to do the moves at a quicker paste but not to quick where I might injure myself. I also took no breaks and memorised the routine. Hopefully this is gonna be more affective to get rid of my broad shoulders 🥲✅ Day 7: Made sure to do it quickly!✅ Day 8: I was fasting today but i still mananged to do it ! so proud!✅ Day 9: I litteraly forgot then got out of bed at 11:30 pm. It sucks when your body would be nice if not for ONE thing - with me it's my big ass shoulders, they're big and manly🙃. I don't want to resort to surgery yet. So I need to get as slim as possible to try and minimise them, combined with these exercises. Hopefully they work 😩

I’ve always had broad shoulders mainly because my parents put me into tons of sports and even from a young age. But I’ve recently become more and more insecure of them so I hope this workout helps Day 1: This didn’t hurt to much I think it’s because my arms are already kinda muscular on top of this so Day 2: no difference yet or I don’t see but it doesn’t hurt as much as anticipated? I think it might be because I kept having to pause because my brother or family member walked in, but I saw some people do it 2x when they reach week 2 so I’m gonna do that Day 3: i think today is the best all week, it didn’t exactly hurt but I definitely felt the burn. And I feel like i see a slight difference? But starting tomorrow I’m going to stack this with Gloria songs workout Day 4: ngl i skipped, i don’t have a good reason I js did
going to document my workout + from a teenager (2008) :D day 1 - 103.3kg 161cm today was alright, repeated the video twice and my arms were sorta sore. it was ok after all and during the resting time i drank water frequently day 2 - day 4 ive been doing this since day 1, starting to get better at it as its not as sore but im slowly getting there!! day 5-30 ive reached 80 kg!! im very happy, continuing eventually and i actually can keep up this time. my arm fat are getting smaller too, it works guys!!

my goal is slim my whole torso down. Day one: the work outs weren’t too difficult and were very easy to follow:) Day two: the intro ends at 0:29 Day three: my arms are actually a tiny bit sore :) Day four: my arms are more sore than before but I’ve been seeing a visible difference:) (note: I also do other exercises as well as this so that may be having an affect 🫡) Day 5: much more noticeable difference in my arms in comparison to day 1 :) Day 6: the last few workouts are easier than they were in the beginning:)

I naturally have broad shoulders and the exercises do work??? This is my second week know and from the looks of it my shoulders look less wide now but my body shape is still the same. I think it will just form shoulders nicely instead of looking fat or wide. Also I've been eating less sugar lately so that can make results appear fast

Need to focus on diet and continue to exercise daily, so that I stay fit and best version of myself. ❤️

The vids are great And super easy to understand with visual Only if you could mention while the exercise (the week) what diet should be followed. Like a whole chart of a weeks breakfast, lunch and dinner Will be really helpful.

Okay gonna try this out coz covid messed me up even tho it's been exactly 3 years and now I have huge shoulders. Hopefully I don't get discouraged or quit 🤞🤞 Day 1 : workout wasn't bad, definitely stretched my muscles. I didn't feel tired. (3/10) Day 2: I forgot 😭 (but I did go swimming for ab 1 and 1/2 hours Day 3: done! My arms feel a bit sore but its fine it's not hurting too much. It definitely is stretching my muscles and getting rid of the tenseness in my upper body Day 4: complete!! Day 5: complete!! I don't rlly have any comments tho

Finished week 1
My week was hectic and eventful especially since my pet got into an accident and I had to tend for her, but whenever I had free time (usually around the morning), I did the workout. I didn't change my diet at all and even ate a lot of sweets, but saw results. I noticed that all of my sleeves were loose during day 5 and the feeling was phenomenal
My arms felt weak and sore for the rest of the day during days 1-3, but now in day 7, I hardly feel anything different from after the work out
I've seen a lot of commenters documenting their experience with the workout and most of them are unfinished and it upsetted me a little so I decided to comment mine

Yess that's true but sometimes they get wider cuz of taking meds , this year I had sickness alot and for that I took so many meds which resulted in making my shoulders wider so that's why I just want my body to be how it was before slim and beautiful.❤️

My shoulders felt tight, like I have been a couch potato 🥔 for a year. 🤭🙃 Broke a slight sweat as I worked out. 😅 Figured I would be sore tomorrow, but in a good way, I'm exercising.
💪 Day 2: Was a little sore from yesterdays' workout, AND being a couch potato. ☺️🤭🙃 Finished the full video without stopping it. 💃✌️ My back and shoulders don't feel as tight as they did the first day. I actually want to lift my 10 lb weights, but don't want to over due it and hurt myself. I am also doing some of her other videos for lower body exercises. I have been intermittent fasting for years, and picked it back up in January. My eating window is small unless I start to feel bad, then I eat something, usually low carb.
💪 Day 3: Finished 🥳 Not sore today. Rt shoulder was making popping noises, but it doesn't hurt. I noticed that my range of motion was better today.

Am here not for shoulder thinning but for relief from upper back rhomboid and scapular pain as well as nerve pain….so far doing these exercise are moving the muscles more than any other exercise I’ve tried…

I’ve always had broad shoulders mainly because my parents put me into tons of sports and even from a young age. But I’ve recently become more and more insecure of them so I hope this workout helps
Day 1: This didn’t hurt to much I think it’s because my arms are already kinda muscular on top of this so

I naturally have broad shoulders and the exercises do work??? This is my second week know and from the looks of it my shoulders look less wide now but my body shape is still the same. I think it will just form shoulders nicely instead of looking fat or wide. Also I've been eating less sugar lately so that can make results appear fast

I want to reduce my shoulder size so badly.
Day 1 ✅ Its easy but can feel the burn
Day 2 ✅ My hands and shoulders are burning

Okay gonna try this out coz covid messed me up even tho it's been exactly 3 years and now I have huge shoulders.

Day 1 : workout wasn't bad, definitely stretched my muscles. I didn't feel tired. (3/10)
Day 2: I forgot 😭 (but I did go swimming for ab 1 and 1/2 hours
Day 3: done! My arms feel a bit sore but its fine it's not hurting too much. It definitely is stretching my muscles and getting rid of the tenseness in my upper body
Day 4: complete!!
Day 5: complete!! I don't rlly have any comments tho

Day 1: Very good, arms and shoulders were burning but felt good to do it.
Day 2: I almost forgot but I did it, shoulders are burning but I'm hoping it works. Keep going guys. Also I took measurements so hopefully it works.

Ok I started this on 1st March 2022
I will keep updating it this whole week.
Day 1: My shoulders are sore. Hope it's worth it
Day 2: My shoulders are not as sore as before. I got used to it
This exercise is very effective I did only 1day only one set and felt extremely pain on the back side and chest part
I will start today hopefully i get what I wanted ❤️by the end of the week
