    READ THIS TO GAIN MORE CONFIDENCE!!!!!!! Hey guys! This is a reminder that changes don’t take one day. It’s all about patient and consistent keep going and it gonna pay you back. But also what I wanted to say is that you can’t make your shoulders super tiny, butttttt don’t be upset you can reduce fat this gonna make your shoulders slimmer what also gonna make it slimmer is a shoulder massage, it’ll give you a more defined look and your shoulders gonna be 90 degrees and you collarbones gonna be more visible.
    So trust the process and NO PAIN,

      I wish my shoulders were just fat, so that I could reduce them, but they're not. I have genetically broad shoulders, they're slim but broad, and they look hideous, I look like a wall even though I have the ideal small waist curvy chest, and glutes. I wish everyday they would go away

    Finished 2 weeks
    My shoulders and arms are my big problem. I don't do exercise cause it makes me feel exhausted as I have weak lungs. But hopefully, this one will work
    - Hey guys! I already completed 2 weeks. I played/did this video twice every day in my 2nd week and here! I see the difference! I love my shoulders now. Yay! I'll keep doing it.
    My first-week journey:
    Day 1: I can feel my shoulders and arms burning. I did it 3 times today but no improvement "yet"
    Day 2: I can still feel the burn and it's kinda painful 😆 I'll continue doing this every day and hopefully will see an improvement.
    Day 3: This is my 3rd day and I can see a little bit of improvement, so happy that it's working. My arms and shoulders are aching dunno why but I guess no pain no gain? #keepdoing
    Day 4: It's not that hard compared to the first 3 days. I'll keep doing it and I'll keep you posted 😉
    Day 5: It's my 5th! I never thought I would make it till this day coz I'm so lazy you know! Haha! Anyway, it's getting easier now compared to the last 4 days. I can see a difference on my shoulder now compared to day 1! yay!
    Day 6: It's not hard anymore. I feel like I can do it for more than 8mins now, after my 7th day, I'll try to do it for 16 mins (2 rounds of this 8min. workout)
    Day 7: it's a lot easier now and I'm enjoying these steps. thanks for this workout. I see that it actually works so I'll continue doing this. Hope that this comment will give you the inspiration to try it out too! 😉

    Here I am after 1 week. It definitely works. Jst go for it. ❤ By 4-5 days my husband realised I have become thinner then I was before. And that's great. Consistency is key. Good luck everyone

    Day 1 - the burn felt so good. Got a good stretch in as well. Feeling refreshed.
    Day 2 - the exercises got easier. Already seeing some progress. My back feels less tense too
    Day 3 - loved the feeling of stretching out my back and reducing the tension built up. Definitely feel like my shoulders are more flexible and there is less fat on me.
    Day 4 - I picked up the speed a little and I’m starting to feel the burn again. My shoulders feel lighter and look less bulky. 🎉
    Day 5 - love thissss!!!!
    Day 6 - skipped
    Day 7 - skipped
    Day 8 - didn’t even feel like I had missed 2 days!! Definitely felt awesome!!

    I started it today .... I will try my best to update the result
    1 - shoulders are kinda paining 👌
    2- I am Soo happy after I did the exercises I wore one of my tops the sleeves were really tight in that ...but today it was fine before I couldn't fold my elbows because it was so tight now I can and I am Soo happy 😁 🤩please do try it everyone
    5- it was really great go and doing it 🤩❤️ you can get an amazing result 😊👌

    Finished week 1
    My week was hectic and eventful especially since my pet got into an accident and I had to tend for her, but whenever I had free time (usually around the morning), I did the workout. I didn't change my diet at all and even ate a lot of sweets, but saw results. I noticed that all of my sleeves were loose during day 5 and the feeling was phenomenal
    My arms felt weak and sore for the rest of the day during days 1-3, but now in day 7, I hardly feel anything different from after the work out
    I've seen a lot of commenters documenting their experience with the workout and most of them are unfinished and it upsetted me a little so I decided to comment mine

      Yess that's true but sometimes they get wider cuz of taking meds , this year I had sickness alot and for that I took so many meds which resulted in making my shoulders wider so that's why I just want my body to be how it was before slim and beautiful.❤️

    Day 1:✓ my shoulders kind hurt ngl
    Day 2:✓ ok I saw a little change
    Day 3:✓ my shoulders are a little sore but I'm pushing thru
    Day 4:✓ I saw a lot of change
    Day 5:✓ my shoulders are smaller
    Day 6:✓ kk I'm almost done 1 more day
    Day 7:✓ ok I'm done and I definitely saw that my shoulders are more small and a little bit toned too And i also kinda got a 90 degrees shoulders too but I will continue to do this

    💪 Day 1: Completed the video without stopping. Haven't exercised in a year. Also, I'm almost 50 years of age, so you can do this. ☺️
    My shoulders felt tight, like I have been a couch potato 🥔 for a year. 🤭🙃 Broke a slight sweat as I worked out. 😅 Figured I would be sore tomorrow, but in a good way, I'm exercising.
    💪 Day 2: Was a little sore from yesterdays' workout, AND being a couch potato. ☺️🤭🙃 Finished the full video without stopping it. 💃✌️ My back and shoulders don't feel as tight as they did the first day. I actually want to lift my 10 lb weights, but don't want to over due it and hurt myself. I am also doing some of her other videos for lower body exercises. I have been intermittent fasting for years, and picked it back up in January. My eating window is small unless I start to feel bad, then I eat something, usually low carb.
    💪 Day 3: Finished 🥳 Not sore today. Rt shoulder was making popping noises, but it doesn't hurt. I noticed that my range of motion was better today.
    ✝️🐇 Day 4: Easter - didn't workout today. Ate healthy.

    Am here not for shoulder thinning but for relief from upper back rhomboid and scapular pain as well as nerve pain….so far doing these exercise are moving the muscles more than any other exercise I’ve tried…

    i’m gonna keep doing this and give results
    day 1- okay arms are but sore from previous work out
    day 2- done it arms are a bit sore not much change but hopefully there will be soon
    day 3- I see a bit of improvement and arms are getting more tired easily
    day 4- I was so unmotivated today but I done it and I’m proud of myself

    Day 1: My shoulders are definitely burning. I already know I'm going to regret this tomorrow. But have to say, the exercises were pretty easy to follow with and I didn't even have to pause the video to take rest in between. I hope that I can see progress in the next week!

    Day 1: Didn't really hurt tbh, i felt no burn ✅
    Day 2: Idk why it's starting to burn all of a sudden✅
    Day 3: I skipped it today because it was my birthday.❌
    Day 4: since I couldn't feel anything , I decided to do the moves at a faster paste and now I can feel my arms and shoulders burninggg. As I predicted I still see no changes.✅
    Day: 5 Tbh idek if I done the workout because I usually do other workouts aswel. Since I forgot I'm gonna say I didn't do it.❌
    Day6: My arms are burninggggg✅ I made sure to do the moves at a quicker paste but not to quick where I might injure myself. I also took no breaks and memorised the routine. Hopefully this is gonna be more affective to get rid of my broad shoulders 🥲✅
    Day 7: Made sure to do it quickly!✅
    Day 8: I was fasting today but i still mananged to do it ! so proud!✅
    Day 9: I litteraly forgot then got out of bed at 11:30 pm. Arms are burningg! Hopefully i see some results✅
    Day 10: shoulders were sore when i worked out. Defineltly seeing some results ! My shoulders slimmed down✅
    Day 11: My shoulders are sore but my arms and shoulders are way slimmer!!✅
    Day 12: doesn't really hurt anymore✅
    Day 13: ✅
    Day 14: decided to wear a bunch of outfits and I'm seeing some results. However, for some reason I thought it would make my shoulders less broad..I guess not. But I did do some daisy keech workouts and my hips did widen abit so I think I've kinda loss the Triangle shape!!✅
    Day 15:✅
    Day16: ngl my shoulders are still a big issue, hopefully i can get rid of the fat by the time school starts. I was able to complete it✅
    Day 17: Decided to do the same paste as the video. Maybe being quick isn't always the best thing to do✅
    Day 18: I've realised I need to start doing this excersise more times a day because the results are verrryyy sloww. I mean I'm not expecting anything major but barely anything has happened. I think the days where I thought I had big results was probably just me in a different angle or something cause I'm not gonna like I look exactly the same as Day 1☹✅
    Day20: Icl school is starting in a bit and i need real excerises to help my shoulders. So i think its a wrap

    Day 1: completed with a little effort. My shoulders hurt a little not too much. Guess I'll find it out if they hurt more after few hours and let u guys know. Like my comment so that i feel motivated enough to do it on second day.❤❤

    Day 1: Complete!
    Day 2: I woke up late and was out alll day, so I never did it today. Sorry guys, I'll be home tomorrow so I'll do it.
    Day 3: Done! My shoulders hurt.
    Day 4: 😭Sorry I skipped, too tired from classes, but my arms and shoulders still sore.
    Day 5: Done! My jacket ffeels a little loosened!
    Day 6: Donbe, omg guys my shiirt feels loseened! It usually hitches on to my arm.
    Day 7 and 8: Skipped, something came up. However I'm still feeling and seeing differences, I will more than likely resume tomorrow.
    Day 9, 10 and 11: Skipped oof
    Day 12: Done, also guys I forgot to mention that I'm combining this with another excercise. My collarbone is becoming more visible by the way.

    Day 1: my left shoulder is a little sore def more sore the 2nd time but overall pretty neat workout 😽

    Ok so I started today...I will upload you the result day by day...
    Day 1:- It was a bit easy and comfortable. But it's quite paining.
    Day 2:- Can't fine any difference and my backs are paining.
    Day 3:- Done. This time I saw that I can able to do this excersize very smoothly. I can also not find any pain.

    It sucks when your body would be nice if not for ONE thing - with me it's my big ass shoulders, they're big and manly🙃. I don't want to resort to surgery yet. So I need to get as slim as possible to try and minimise them, combined with these exercises. Hopefully they work 😩

    I’ve always had broad shoulders mainly because my parents put me into tons of sports and even from a young age. But I’ve recently become more and more insecure of them so I hope this workout helps
    Day 1: This didn’t hurt to much I think it’s because my arms are already kinda muscular on top of this so
    Day 2: no difference yet or I don’t see but it doesn’t hurt as much as anticipated? I think it might be because I kept having to pause because my brother or family member walked in, but I saw some people do it 2x when they reach week 2 so I’m gonna do that
    Day 3: i think today is the best all week, it didn’t exactly hurt but I definitely felt the burn. And I feel like i see a slight difference? But starting tomorrow I’m going to stack this with Gloria songs workout
    Day 4: ngl i skipped, i don’t have a good reason I js did

    going to document my workout + from a teenager (2008) :D
    day 1 - 103.3kg 161cm
    today was alright, repeated the video twice and my arms were sorta sore. it was ok after all and during the resting time i drank water frequently
    day 2 - day 4
    ive been doing this since day 1, starting to get better at it as its not as sore but im slowly getting there!!
    day 5-30
    ive reached 80 kg!! im very happy, continuing eventually and i actually can keep up this time. my arm fat are getting smaller too, it works guys!!

      @@minatozakisanasupremacy yeah, my diet was cutting down on my carbs such as rice or noodles. i also dance alot aside from this workout, and i drank at least 3 litres of water per day.

    my goal is slim my whole torso down. I do have bulky arms and it's stopping me from wearing what I want to wear for my age I will be trying this until my birthday or maybe for a year
    (Read my journey
    (tips that I learned) make sure you take break in between your sets, without breaks can cause your muscles to grow bigger than you want them to be.
    - drink lots of water
    Imma try so hard to stay consistent!!!
    day 1 - it is 11:51 now I just completed my sets, my arms do hurt but it's important to stretch afterwards.

    Day 2: I just got home from school I did 3 sets today

    Day 3: my arms are sore, but I'm not completely sure if I'm seeing results but Imma keep going I am a bit sick to lolz ( I did 3 sets

    doing this for as long as i can (aiming for about 2 weeks).
    i’ve been a swimmer all my life and i’ve got massive shoulders which i’ve become more and more insecure about over the years and i want to fix that.
    day 1; hurts a little but if it hurts that’s good i think😭😭. no clue what i’m on about but ill try to remember to comment tomorrow to update you all!!
    day 2; hurt a lot more than yesterday 😭. can’t see any progress yet but i hope it works omg
    day3; doesn’t hurt much and no aching from yesterday. nothing much to say if i’m completely honest😭
    day4; pretty much the same as yesterday. starting to see some improvement!!
    day5; hurts alot more than the other day😭😭 not much else to say tbh. hope ur all doing well!!
    day6; seeing some improvement!! congrats to anyone who’s managed to come this far too!!
    day 7; my arms ache so much it’s unreal. i don’t even know why😭. first week done!! probably the longest i’ve ever stuck to a workout ngl 😭. have an amazing day.

    Day one: the work outs weren’t too difficult and were very easy to follow:)
    Day two: the intro ends at 0:29
    Day three: my arms are actually a tiny bit sore :)
    Day four: my arms are more sore than before but I’ve been seeing a visible difference:) (note: I also do other exercises as well as this so that may be having an affect 🫡)
    Day 5: much more noticeable difference in my arms in comparison to day 1 :)
    Day 6: the last few workouts are easier than they were in the beginning:)

    wish me luck - i’ll be doing this for a week. doubt that I’ll see a difference but hey, it’s worth a shot.
    day 1 - okay not bad- 😭 obvi theres no difference but it didn’t really effect me much, thought I’d be exhausted but I wasn’t and I’m still not tired lol. ill be back tmr - cya ❤️
    day 2 - wasn’t that bad, arms kinda burn but eh 🤷‍♀️. still no difference obvi! come back for day 3.

      I naturally have broad shoulders and the exercises do work??? This is my second week know and from the looks of it my shoulders look less wide now but my body shape is still the same. I think it will just form shoulders nicely instead of looking fat or wide. Also I've been eating less sugar lately so that can make results appear fast

    Idk if I’ll be consistent or not as I have a baby, so it’s a little difficult to be consistent, but I wanna give it a try as I want to reduce my weight and stay fit.

    Definitely worth give it a try, feels a little strong, flexible, and the results have begun to show (definitely not much, but I can see and feel it) Didn’t follow any diet, but did another standing tummy exercise along with this. Need to focus on diet and continue to exercise daily, so that I stay fit and best version of myself. ❤️

    Went from ballet to weight lifting and it gave me muscular arms. Not the look I’m looking for, so I’ll try this along with more ballet workouts

    Okay gonna try this out coz covid messed me up even tho it's been exactly 3 years and now I have huge shoulders.
    Hopefully I don't get discouraged or quit 🤞🤞
    Day 1 : workout wasn't bad, definitely stretched my muscles. I didn't feel tired. (3/10)
    Day 2: I forgot 😭 (but I did go swimming for ab 1 and 1/2 hours
    Day 3: done! My arms feel a bit sore but its fine it's not hurting too much. It definitely is stretching my muscles and getting rid of the tenseness in my upper body
    Day 4: complete!!
    Day 5: complete!! I don't rlly have any comments tho

    I see people keep doing this and stopping at day 4 so ima do it.
    Day 1: Very good, arms and shoulders were burning but felt good to do it.
    Day 2: I almost forgot but I did it, shoulders are burning but I'm hoping it works. Keep going guys. Also I took measurements so hopefully it works.
