What can I say? Smoothies and salads are boring sometimes, but the protocol works. I didn't waste away, suffer malnutrition, or get fat, eating only spinach, cruciferous veggies, flax seeds, avocados, and fruit. I didn't get hyponatremia from drinking a gallon of water daily. My body healed. My brain healed. My relationships healed. Food addiction ended. PTSD ended after nearly 60 years thanks to you, Dr. G., and thanks to God for leading me to your healing protocols. Thank you.

PTSD healed? This is the first instance where I've read that in her comments or at all.

I'm rapidly declining and on my 3rd attempt at the protocol. Determined to follow through this time with or without support. I GOT THIS 🙌🏽

Is there anyone you can team up with for a few weeks to help keep you on track? I did this with a few friends and it really helped! Maybe Meet Up groups or ask members in smoothie shred/solution?

Dr. Brooke has the right person in life as a partner. With him by your side, you stay healthier everyday and help others too. Love, help, support, company, social life, you know how important these are for a healthy body. Diets fail in absence of these. My personal, social life was completely destroyed (forcefully) which drove me through grave sickness. That changed me into a clown, a zombie(like Joaquin Phoneix in Joker). Talked to myself, walked alone, imagined things, laughed when I had to cry and cried when I had to laugh. I have always been 100% plant based otherwise. I joined your recovery programs, watched a lot of stuffs, and learned a lot which I've been applying to myself now. Thanks for that.

Wow.... thanks for sharing this because when I started this journey I was in a toxic relationship and could not understand why would anyone want to force you to do something opposite of what you were trying to accomplish. I did fall for it one time but after that I would receive the food and toss it in the garbage right before his eyes. I am 8 years in , Whole Food plant-based and he sees the results but still has not come on board. Toxic relationships are real!

In my home there are 9 people 6 of them are carnivores. I cook for them every fortnight. I have no support, the week I don’t cook is the hardest. I have others offering me of plan food all the time. They even say this protocol doesn’t work. I’m so discouraged. I need help!!?!

Learn to like them. Tell yourself you like them as you're eating them. After a month, you'll crave them.
