same xD I dud the hexagon ball though it was made with an icosphere and dual-mesh geo-nodes. Also the delete-mesh node... so I'm not that "virgin" about geo nodes. They are a ton of fun
In the geometry nodes section, I think you should explain a bit more for beginners like me what modules are doing and why you are plugging things a certain way, but great tutorial !
"how is it gooing guys" .. dude I dunno but I'm always starting a new one of your tutorial videos while the other one started rendering LOL I feel like I'm a PRO blender artist if I'm through with all your tutorial videos GEE XD Thank you sooo much and best Greetz from Austria :)
I see you reduced the light size but it didn’t affect the spread of the light. How did you do that? And also I see your light s on 10W and it’s very bright. My Area light on 10W is very low.
when your choosing the shape of the object and hitting rx2 how is it that the movement is so smooth, when i do it it's like flashing through a set at light speed.
Anyone know why my emissive material at the bottom would not be reflecting in the abstract shape? if the lights are reflecting in it just fine, why isn't the emmisive object illuminating the underside?
Love these whole-of-life but not life-long tuts. sadly, Alt D invokes a screen shot, at least as installed on Win 11. Will just manage the lights separately.
Question: when I add my camera (7:29 in video) and hit ctrl-alt-0, it doesn't snap to my view, my view shifts, and in fact it seems to change my geometry also. I'm completely new to geometry nodes and a novice generally in Blender. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
@@Leberkasbepi look at how big you have made your original starting object and the distance you have placed your lights compared to the tutorial. Remember light falls off according to the inverse square law - basically meaning moving your lights a tiny bit further away will make them appear much dimmer. Conversely move them a tiny bit closer and they’ll look much brighter
3:13 I'm not getting instance on points node in blender 2.9. it's only showing point instance with some different options...please help if someone have solution for this
why are blender tuts so nooby ? I think that the problem for maya users like me who are interested in blender are turned away because of all those "I never worked in my whole life in CG" creepy youtubers. If pro artists don t join the comunity, it will be just like Unreal VS unity. The pros will go unity, because they are pros, and the noobs will stay on unreal, because they are noobs.
I've been holding off on Geo nodes for a while. This looks perfect.
same xD

You are right, this was my introduction to geometry nodes. Thanks alot. This is fun. #Blender #3d #MotionGraphics
The fact that geo nodes is a modifier is 🤯
thanks for the video,
i like your cat!

I can't even find them
I'm not sure what version he uses for that : )
@@Theboiivann yeah..,version is on the bottom right, 3.0.0
This looks fantastic! I love it!

I like your icon it looks like a ducky (like your name suggests). I like ducks

Thank you sooo much and best Greetz from Austria :)
Super cool! I'm gonna have to give this a try! Thanks for the tutorial!

Great video & awesome rendering! Thanks 💥

hey man thank you very much for all your great tutorials! great job :)
Realy love your awesome content!! Thank you so much for your knowledge ❤️
This was amazing learnt a lot. Thanks.
Wow amazing tutorial thank you so much!!!
Can you pls make a tutorial on fractals with geometry nodes? Or even how to create a Mandelbulb…
Would be great! Love your videos man!!
It's so awesome! thanks :)
Cool work! How do you get these ideas?
Really helpful, tutorials- thank you!
Cats are always welcome to me;)
Last few days back I came to know about blender. I want o learn it

Everything is edible!!! :)
Cats can be a bit demanding sometimes. They get away with it because they’re so darn cute.
Hi Nathan. Do you have a tutorial for making that cool little ball weight model that showcases your RTMs? The sphere on the base one.
I probably wouldn't add volume and then go for high contrast. Maybe lower the volume amount?
Pls can you make a tutorial on how to perfect lighting? I get other things right but my lighting is very poor.
I don't know what I'm saying... You're fucking awesome!
Love these whole-of-life but not life-long tuts.

Gotta say, this looks great!
One problem: i cant get the metallic floor to work! it just stays the same when i change the controls.
any way to add metallic and roughness effects on curve circle in geometric nodes ?
why don't you use a set position instead of displacement modifier?
Why the displace modifier when it could work with in Geometry Nodes?
Question: when I add my camera (7:29 in video) and hit ctrl-alt-0, it doesn't snap to my view, my view shifts, and in fact it seems to change my geometry also. I'm completely new to geometry nodes and a novice generally in Blender. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
What does instance on points do exactly?
When I choose principled volume my entire scene goes white?
Awesome tutorial as always Ducky! Thanks! Is there a way to create letters of the alphabet with Geo Nodes?
instance on point node isnt available for me
Hey! Is your cat's name Voronoi? LOL
And how to move this thing any tutorial
Niceeee
i don′t have any option in my color management why?
Okay, no more excuses for me not to look into geometry nodes. Thanks!
You're a very talented 3D artist but I for some reason made the realisation you're like the "Ak guys" alter ego, basically the "Blender guy" lmao
Why don't you make a moive out of this?
Eres asombroso amigo! B)
Catbombed :D
MAN, I keep Targetign the wrong mesh even tho following step by step, how is it so easy to make a mistake on those?
First😅 here
this is very cool but it's not very clear as to what is actually happening... I wish I knew what were the steps I was following
cheers!
Can we start calling you Daddy Ducky?
Why are the lights so much brighter? Yours around 40W and mine have to be 1500W..?
I have the same in multiple tutorials I've followed
Probably your overall scale?
@@petethorne5094 How can i check this?

They are the same. It's better to upgrade to 3.0 anyways
Hmm
U r look when your cat 🐈 jump to your desk 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
the tutorial should be more easy to follow without your face in the circle box
