Honda is one of the few Manufacturers that will actually go back and update there parts. So you can enjoy your vehicles longer. They do this for there Automotive Division as well Acura/Honda.
@@rmatvmc hello, while you are here, i have a trx400ex with a stock cam, and the spring and plunger for the decompression mechanism is missing, is that why it doesn't want to start? It has fuel, spark, compression and is properly timed.
@@flightsimcraver2839 I know I'm late but just in case anybody else is reading this, if you are on the stock cam or even some "stage 1" cams, you will need the decompression spring and plunger. Also be extra careful when uninstalling/installing so you don't drop them down into your motor while fiddling with the cam.
I know I’m late but if the ring gap is to small then you can use sand paper and sand down both ends of the ring(only do a little so you don’t over do it) if you do over do it or the gap is to big then you might need new rings

Steve is so mello I'd like to see him after a couple of beers
High ASF 😂😂😂
Pass the blunt Steve 🤣 Nice vd btw.
Interesting that it’s stated that the head and head cover are supposed to be a machined pairs but they are not sold together on the OEM parts pages.
What kind of liquid sand paper do you use for the valve stems?
Valve stem composite
What is the liquid paper you use ?
Did you use Loctite 242 or 271 on the rocker arm shafts?
Try pb blaster on the studs
What was the exact ring gap for that exact re build kit ??
6:36 he looked at the person that used one valve to do them in the past. LOL
ha ha ha YES he did!

@@10pin Thank you, we got the plunger and spring and it started right up😂
@@flightsimcraver2839 had same problem here .... i've been searching for two month before noticing 🙄
How much does it cost for all these parts?
What are you looking for on the ring gap, what if it isn’t right do you adjust it??

Could you guys rebuild a 440ex 2003 motor if I sent it to you guys ?
Hey I have a question can you use any type of fueler gauge to adjust your valves or do you need a specific one
as long as you know the thicknesses of the feelers then whichever one you have should work.
Do the head studs that are installed at the very end of this video have a torque specification?
You'll want to confirm in your service manual if you have one but those cylinder stud bolts should be 33 ft-lbs.
Never use oil on bolts this messes up the tork spec
