This is my favorite 10 minute EASY ab workout. I get so discouraged when I specifically look up beginner workouts and I can’t do any of them. These are so simple and don’t hurt yet I feel a burn. Makes me not dread doing it as much. Thank you!!!
Slowly getting back into exercise after not going to the gym for about a year. This video was very helpful and so realistic unlike most of the 'beginners' workouts that I've come across. Perfect speed and I could really feel the burn in my abs. Thank you very much

Ab workouts burn very minimal calories, you lost 20 pounds from eating better and you probably did other exercises. I just don't want people to get confused aboiut how weightloss works. Ab workouts are great for definition in your mid-section and for back support, and for more strength for other movements like heavy squats and yoga and such, but it is NOT how you lost weight.

I absolutely LOVE Amy's beginner workouts. So many workouts labeled "beginner" have moves that I struggled to do even when I was in great shape. This is a great place to start for the first few weeks getting fit.

thank you soooo much for this!!! this truly is for beginners. Ive looked up so many beginner workouts that are NOT for beginners whatsoever. When a workout is waaay beyond your league and its labelled "beginner", you lose faith in yourself because its just too difficult.

Wow! I loved this! It's so nice to have an ACTUAL beginner ab workout. It can be so discouraging to watch video after video claiming to be beginner but I can't do it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I can't wait to keep doing this video, so hopefully I'll be able to keep up with the other "beginner" videos. :)
Ain't that the truth! So many "beginner" workouts are obviously done by people who don't remember what true beginner level is like - there's often little flexibility, strength or understanding of moves and so many others don't understand that!

Lovely video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched - Dinanlinson Belly Secret Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is a smashing one off product for learning how to get an amazing toned beach ready belly minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend Sam at very last got cool results with it.
I just discovered your video today. Bravo! Your your instruction was clear, your temple smooth, always reminding to protect the knack for upper cervical, brainstem and spine protection while still inspiring with such a positive attitude. Yes, I suffered a life-changing physical trauma injury that I am now only this week starting to do exercises for strength. You are an excellent, fantastic, instructor. It's only a matter of time the others will discover that too. Thank you for not forgetting us beginners. We enjoy exercises as well as most but some of us have limitations. Your kind heart honor that and for that makes you more special than most.
I haven t worked out for months, so if u are a begginer or u are in my situation, this is perfect. It burns and works ur muscles, but u can keep up with it!
Was looking for a beginner ab workout that was just right, and this was it! All others I tried said beginner and quickly were way too hard. This one is great!
Been doing for 7 days straight. First day was hard but it got so much easier and ive seen improvements already lol

I recently saw an old picture of myself and it kind of flipped a switch n my brain. I’ve been overweight my entire adult life, and after seeing that picture I knew it was time for a change. I happened upon the workout and what a godsend!! It’s challenging and I’m actually able to do the majority of it!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! 😁😁😁
This is the best beginners work out I've tried. I could feel my stomach muscles tightening and it was not too intense but still did the job. Great!

This is good for arthritis. I have psoriatic arthritis and other ab workouts kill my joints. This one does not. Thank you!

This is a very challenging workout for abs, but you aren’t dying. Just a good burn!
"We are using the muscle not the momentum", very good point and also it shown different options for a pose, so we could pace ourselves accordingly as a beginner.
This is perfect for beginners. I'm a bigger girl so I don't have a lot of energy, but I was able to do all of these without feeling like I was exerting myself. Thank you so much!

My first day here and wow, my core is so weak!
I felt like dying when trying to do the cycle and also twist knee plank but I force myself to continue.
Definitely a good beginner workout! Really motivates me as someone who are new to exercise! Will come again tomorrow!

I've been doing this for a while now, but I noticed results after a couple of weeks. Mind you I have an athletic type body, but before I would do sit ups, planks, cross training and not get results this fast. It's crazy because this is a beginners work out. I also like that I can modify it to make it a bit more difficult. Loving my abs, thanks 😊
I just started this yesterday and I can feel the soreness today. I'm loving it! I will be doing this until I'm 30.

I really love how she understands the aches of the back pain and shows all modified versions.
UA-cam needs a love button. I had been using another channel for workouts but all their ab workouts were intimidating (my core is selectively strong but weak when I try anything that looks like exercise). I feel the burn and actually feel good about the exercise!
