Great workout, I can't do abs laying down as the next day I get the worst headache! It must trigger some kind of nerve in my neck (I think I use my neck too much) so I will this instead!

Hi Amy. This is a refreshing workout. My back pain was quite bad. Turns out my spine was pretty curved. Doctor advice much focus on strenghtening and streching. I'm slowly catching up on workouts. Pace by pace. I shared to my doctor about your videos. He's thrilled too! 😀
I love this. Standing abs is more challenging for me so this is a perfect go-to for when I need extra ab work. I love repeats so I could do this three or more times because it is also cradio. I saved it in my "Amy's snacks" youtube folder
Simple, but oh so good! You're right, I got some cardio and balance work in there, along with the core which I'll feel tomorrow! As another commenter said, it's easy on the neck, too. Thank you for a great workout that didn't cause pain.
Hi, Thank you for uploading this video, i am going to start using this as i have Tendinitis in shoulder and arm and can really support body on hard floor. Can you please tell me what you do as warm-up prior to doing these exercises. Regards Abi.
Abhigya Chohan Hi Abi---I would just get moving (march, step in place, walk around the room) to get the muscles warm, then do some rolls through the back and some reaches across your body and over your head.
