I am healing from a number of different ailments and your gentle yoga class is the only one I was able to find that was gentle enough for my body at this point in time. I just went through this practice, and as I laid down for the tree pose on the ground, all of my stress came out physically and I started sobbing. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel very light in my chest now 😊

Day 3! Around. Yesterday after a night of not sleep I decided the best I could do was take this routine right away before bed at 6 a.m. It was great! Today I'm doing it in the afternoon right before getting out for a dance presentation!
Three or more days without my practice. I really needed the time to "balance and heal" which is rather a continuous process. Anyways! My 9th day of this practice. Namaste! 🙏
Day 4! Non continuous. I definitely need to do grounding practices as much as possible! The "You are flexible enough to adapt to change" resonated with me differently, today! Namaste!

This yoga practice made me sweat, but at the end, I was feeling much calmer and more relaxed than I have felt in weeks. I am currently experiencing lower back pain, general stress, and a feeling of a lack of safety, so this root chakra practice was much needed.

I thought this will be more challenging so I warmed up by trying the “sitting crossed legged” routine first. And boy am I glad I did! Managed to do all the poses, struggled with some but overall enjoyed the more challenging session.
