Good morning Joelle! Thank you! I am returning to Joya this morning due a foot surgery. I am looking for easy floor exercise because it is not easy to get up quickly due totally left knee plants, right shoulder, and right foot surgeries. I know the routine of course I always encourage myself to do floor yoga poses. I love between 10 to 20 minutes of practice. For me, since I have had my surgeries it has been my best therapy. I am 67 years old. I love your tone of voice to direct us. I want to encourage myself to continue with this exercise. I also practice stationary bicycles. Thank you again for giving us time on UA-cam. ❤️💐

I'm so glad you enjoy practicing together! And thank you so much for the suggestion. Hypermobility isn't something I've studied very much at this point, but it could certainly be an idea in the future if that changes!

Was doing a bit of it in bed at 1am in the morning. Both of my legs are so tight and wouldn’t go straight up like I have in the past
