I usually don’t enjoy yoga practices that involve holding poses for long periods of time but I like this one. I enjoy all the poses - deer, Sphinx, forward fold particularly. I feel refreshed.

This felt wonderful!! Thankyou so much!! The bicep tendonitis got iffy in a few things, but it was my own fault because I knew to back off and not go all out stretching overhead (like in child's pose). My PT is nearly over, and i still don't know how to get back to doing normal things again. They have me doing a few exercises, mostly focusing on back and posture (rows with a band, etc), and were proud when I told them I'd tried a little band work and mild yoga online. I graduated myself to light weights and the pain came back. (well, its back when I sleep on my sides as well, but i am talking about progressing my movement, lol). Anyway, so happy to be able to practice with you again, even if its only here and there so far. So many blessings to you. I appreciate you so much!
