    Love these postpartum challenges! I was in a workout rut and it's great to mix it up and feel like I have a plan. I love that the workouts are quick and can be easily snuck in while baby is playing or napping.

    I thought I wouldn't be able to do this workout.... Cause my body is so soreee but I did it!!!! I'm so happy I chose to workout. Feel so much better 😘

    You’re amazing Jessica! The best! I love how you only put ads in the break times, the mother quotes it all. And your workouts are the best! I’ve never felt so good and not just in shape but increased flexibility and functionality. And the most improvement for DS! I love following your monthly post natal workout playlist. Been doing them since May and feel in the best shape to even before having my children. You’re an angel! Amazing! 💖💖💖

    Oh, this is exactly what I need! My glutes are gonnne after having and nursing 4 babies. This was soo hard, But glad you put this in here!

    Thanks for helping me get back into exercising after I gave birth to my first child! I really love the variety of workouts you have, and the difficulty level is perfect for me. Plus the short workout time is great - I can sneak in one quick workout, or do two if I have more time. I really appreciate the thought and time you put into making these.

    Woot! I've been doing these every other day. Just had my baby just over a month ago and I can tell just how much I need this.. my body feels so much better after doing these.. Can't wait to do everyday next week.

    Thanks, it felt great afterward. Can't wait a longer one. I like 20-25 min workouts (15-20 min-long workout + a few minutes warm-up & coold-down).

    I loved this quick workout!
    I have a question though: I have really bad mobility/strength through my hip abductors. So doing the moves to lift legs to the side kind of hurts or I can't do it very far. Is this something that will improve with practice by strengthening the muscles there? Or should I look into stretches and exercises that are specific for that? Thank you!

    I am 19 months postpartum with diastisis recti of 1 finger gap now. Which exercises will help reduce my belly bump fast. I did your 14 day challenge and now doing 7 day challenge with diastisis recti exercise daily. But what next do you recommend. AND LASTLY ITS SO FUN TO DO EXERCISE ALONG WITH YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ❤❤

    When I was pregnant I lost a lot of the lift in my booty. Prior to that, I had no idea that could happen.

      Right! Good thing we can build it up again! Also check your posture to ensure you aren’t standing around in an anterior pelvic tilt (letting your low back sway). Lift your ribs tall and make sure you have a vertical line from hips to ankle 💞
