    perfect! thanks so much Lauren. as a former crossfitter I highly appreciate your workouts, they really help me to get back in shape and vitality after having my first baby. ♡
    I appreciate the whole arrangement of the video (preview, title of exercise etc), only the timer could be a bit clearer for my taste.

    Hi Lauren. Just wondering if I could combine this workout with your Lose your mommy pooch plan? I was thinking of doing the 1st lose mommy pooch workout then followed by this?

      Hi! Overall, strength + fat loss will help with that. So, this workout is great, but I’d also suggest doing some of my cardio and HIIT workouts + full body strength workouts! on my playlists! ❤
