    I was training for an ironman before I found out I was pregnant. I wanted to keep up some fitness but feel safe about doing so. I followed your prenatal workouts and now I am following your postpartum ones. I am so happy I stumbled upon your channel. I recommend your videos to all my pregnant and new mom friends.     Series was so good I’m starting again! I’m now 7 months postpartum and find that these workouts are just what I need to keep active, healthy and moving. All within my baby’s wake windows too! Thank you for creating mom/family friendly content to show how simple it can be to incorporate into the daily routine.

    I love this workout and your channel! Thank you for making 15-20 minute workout videos that feel challenging and include a warmup and cooldown! It’s so hard to find and as a mom of a 1 year old I am so appreciative that you’ve created workouts I can actually fit in on a daily basis!

    Surro mama here 7 weeks out and loving this playlist. It feels good to be able to get fit safely and my doc loves that I’m doing this. It’s helped with postpartum yuck hormones to be active again. I hope your journey is going well and thank you for helping all us mamas through this beautiful journey and making us feel “normal” again in our beautiful bodies.

    Thank you so so so much!! I followed your workouts for my entire pregnancy- I was a compétitive athlete prior to pregnancy however wanted to workout in a safe way during pregnancy and loved your workouts while pregnant! And had the most beautiful natural and unmedicated birth! Now am loving them post partum workouts! So so so grateful! Honouring the body in this beautiful journey - thank you for sharing these!     Done!! Thank you for teaching me that I shouldn't do high impact movements newly postpartum- I was doing that before I found you, and thank you so much for great low impact workouts for after baby!! Love this video series.

      @@PregnancyandPostpartumTV I love all your workouts, especially the full-body ones so I can work on everything all at once. But the diversity of the workouts is wonderful- different lengths/styles/focus/intensity. Perhaps a challenge focused on healthy weight loss, then another that focuses on strength building?

    Is this diastasis recti safe? It's been almost two years since I had my twins and they destroyed my core/stomach more than my first pregnancy did 😭. Trying to find workouts with weights that I can do.

    Nursery can do ? Worried after exercise, body produce lactic acid cannot breastfeeding.
