【Costco】 Easy, just marinate and bake in the oven! How to make Spare Ribs

Easy, just marinate and grill with Costco pork! This is a recipe for spare ribs.
■Ingredients (serves 3)
600g spare ribs
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons garlic
2 teaspoons ginger
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
4 tbsp sake
2 teaspoons soy sauce
parsley
1 lemon
■Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a bag.
2. Rub the ingredients together and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Place the spare ribs on a griddle and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon.
