The top screw on my seatbelt guide had broken off so I ordered a new guide for about $80 aud, however in order to access the bottom screw of the guide, you need to 1. remove the seat. 2. remove the headrest, the headrest guides (quite tricky). 3. remove the leather cover from the bottom and then you'll get access to the screw. From there, it's a simple case of reversing the process. Hope this helps.
Thanks mate. I removed both pieces of foam. On the track when you can wind it out in every gear, it's super loud and sounds amazing while being super quiet outside.
Have you replaced that sound generator sponge yet? Bet you soon get fed up of the noise, the novelty soon wears thin. Mine didn't last a day. I made a much better noise with a RamAir induction kit.
Hey Tony, I still love the sound inside the cabin, especially on the track. No plan on replacing the sponges. It's all subjective. My preference is a loud cabin and a quiet exhaust. I'll look into the RamAir induction kit. Where did you get yours from?
Can you please explain the seatbelt guide replacement part, thank you very much!

@@drivingmesane2023 thanks for the response ! =) are you using standard gear knob ? I see many put a ZHP on instead .... do you think it's worth it ?
@@lukecustance4338 Apparently I am using the ZHP. Must've been put on by the previous owner. Feels good to me.
may I ask where you obtained the outside rubber that runs along the top of the windscreen?????/, is that just a standard Bmw part???
Thanks
Hey Mate. I bought it from Pelican parts.

@@drivingmesane2023 I bought it from eBay on Black Friday 3 years ago Aaron. I posted a video on UA-cam titled Induction. See if you can find it mate.
@@drivingmesane2023 It's on my channel from 4 years ago.
Don't use cleaner spray on the MAF. Bad idea.
Hey Tony, So don't use a MAF sensor cleaner on a MAF sensor?
