Regarding the mail forwarding service you mentioned. Does that company also forward to Colombia or is it limited to Panama?
How do we reach you? Do you give tours and if so availability?
If I visit , is it a problem to pass through the security checkpoint / gate ? Do you need a resident to sponsor you to enter the community?
How’s your internet uptime and speed? How about electricity, is it stable?
Thanks for watching! Panama actually ranked 36th in the world this year for broadband speed. We have the occasional outage but all in all, it's very fast and reliable.
Power is a problem in Coronado, and Internet is slow

How do people feel about being so detached from the local society and language?
Hey Beth! Single guy here looking to expat to Panama. Coranado is my preference even though I haven't been there yet. I will have Social Security and Pension for about $3,000 dollars a month will that provide me with a comfortable lifestyle? Is it good to own a car in Panama? I'm from Texas so heat is not a problem.
So 50,000 cant buy you anything or is that just not your market?
Thanks for watching! As we specialize in the Coronado and surrounding areas, unfortunately that budget is not within our market. You could find options in that price range, however, in more rural areas of Panama. In the developed areas, prices typically start around $150,000.

Thanks for watching George! Yes, there is Cable TV here with many English Channel options along with movie theaters with English movies. We also have high speed internet so many folks use streaming services.

@@georgeherr5567 You're welcome! It is possible to bring your pets but the process is not convenient so lot's of back and forth will be quite challenging. If just once or twice a year- it's doable but will require some energy and effort on your part.
Security I have been robbed on tenth December second time, this one was a big haul my jewelery aswell as family things allmost all have English hallmarks as some other European gold items.
Ido have a sure suspect worker reported to all authority but still waiting for the police to investigate.
They tell me we are in lock down the finger printers came from chorrera said not possible to get prints from the jewelery boxes, this is a downright lie. I only need on finger print to nail this guy. He has neevr
never seen or touched my jewelry or contents of safty box he even told me everyone in outhority are corupt we all get away with it. How ever if any body gets offer to purchase please report this ky whole family will suffer they are sentimental pieces one ring American gold dolla another English gold sterling belonging to my late Mother and Father also many other items Victorian long watch chane with oval locket with mom and Dads picture, lock of ther precios hair then my hevy gold charm bracelet iv had for 60 years.
burglaries and robberies seem to be the norm in Panama.
