    'This or That Part 2' is all about the condo options available currently in the beach area. It brings me great joy to share with you this comparison of condo living at the beach and what's available for what price. Here we look at long-term rental options from $1000 to $1800 & exactly what you get for that.
    We visit Royal Palm first, where we go through a 70 m2 (753 Sq Ft) apartment with breathtaking views, great amenities, beach access, 24/7 security controlled access, a pet-friendly garden section, a restaurant on site & so much more.
    On the front end of Royal Palm, we take a walk through a larger unit which presents a different layout and a little more living space with full ocean views. Depending on your budget, both options offer comfortable living options with lots to do in the surrounding areas. This condo building is located in Gorgona, with shops, schools, and services very nearby.

    The next condo establishment we visit is Rio Mar. Larger living space with an exclusive resort-type vibe in a high-end community. Here you can enjoy the convenience of a small store on site, a health Spa, beach access, a restaurant, a gym, pools, a jacuzzi, vast ocean views, and a variety of swimming pools to cool off in. The project has tight security (as most condo projects do along this stretch of the Pacific Coast) where you can enjoy feeling secure and safe. These condos are around 184 m2 (1891 Sq Ft)

    Are the prices you list for each of the 3 furnished?

    Great info 👍🏻 the prices you list are in American dollars, correct? Does the price include power, water, cable, wifi?

      Thanks for watching Gail! Correct, Panamas currency is USD and prices quoted are in USD. Water included. Some landlords will include cable/wifi, otherwise it is separate (average monthly cost for both is around $65). Electricity is always separate on long term leases.

      Majority of rental properties come fully furnished which is a huge plus especially for those traveling from afar. Majority of investors try to put mid grade furnishings rather than high end as they endure wear and tear and it is an investment after all. You can find properties with higher end furnishings or you could always furnish to your liking. This unit overall in my opinion is very well designed, inviting and has all the components needed for a great stay.
