How to Make A McRib Sandwich

The McRib is a rarity at McDonald's, but you can whip one up at home whenever you want! Recipe below.

McRib
1 pound boneless pork chops, cut into cubes
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Vegetable oil
4 hamburger buns
2 cups BBQ sauce
1 onion, sliced
Sliced dill pickles
1.In the bowl of a food processor combine pork, water, salt and sugar and pulse until finely ground.
2.Form into 4 rectangle patties. Place on parchment, cover with plastic and freeze until solid.
3.Preheat a griddle over medium high heat. Lightly coat with vegetable oil. Cook frozen patties on the griddle, until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Baste with BBQ sauce on both sides. Serve on bun, with extra BBQ sauce, onion and dill pickles.

so I would suggest making the burger thinner and instead of water which goes in with the meat, replace it with BBQ sauce and a bit of pepper.

Pretty neat. Instead of the sugar, I might have put a tablespoon or two directly into the food processor instead. Same ole ,though. Cool.

it was not liquified - it was shredded. MAX your screen and look at the texture. It is quite clear.
