I had been watching your show and A B separately for a while but then I saw the A B collaboration show with Malcolm Reed. When you invited him to your home and showed him how to bbq right. I knew right then you are the guy for all bbq information. Also your candied yams with pecans recipe is a hit with my family. Thank you much for sharing your years of knowledge with us on how to bbq right.

Havent been able to work and disability, even though it exists here, is just not enough to keep up with rent, food and utilities etc. Some months went by with selling all my furniture etc, whatever i could sell. However being only 23 and from a below middle class family, i just dont have all that much. Or, didnt have all that much. Its kind of heartbreaking to be in this situation. I hope you manage okay man, nobody deserves to be hungry. Best wishes friend.
I've made several of your recipes so far, Malcom. This one is off the charts. One little change up that I did was to use ciabatta rolls instead of french bread. My wife has liked everyone of your recipes so far, but she said that this was the best one. It's a keeper in our house. Thanks for making me a better griller and smoker.
I made these on Monday and good lord are they amazing. I used your rub with Guy Fieri sweet and smokey bbq sauce and I'm already wanting to make them again. It's way better then the mcRib. This is THE MACRIB.

Made this today for our family holiday get together and no one could stop talking about how delicious this sandwich is/was. You'll never order a McRib sandwich from McDonalds again after making these. I mean "pressed ground pork" through the drive-through vs. Malcom's McRib???? No way!

I love the idea of taking out the bones. That should now be standard practice for any BBQ ribs, sandwiches or not. That is going to be the way I do ribs from now on.
Great video. I am definitely going to make this. I have ordered “The BBQ Rub” a few times. I was at my local Walmart Neighborhood Market recently and they were carrying your rub. I couldn’t believe it. I bought all but two. I thought I better leave some for someone else. LOL. I just purchased the Char-Griller gravity 980. This should be a great cook for it.
