Except McDonald's makes their own in-house ketchup and mustard. Which is so much better than then preservative filled puke worthy garbage made by Heinz that almost never expires
I prefere a Whooper, I love salad so for me tomatoes and lettuce would make it more delicious. But sometimes I am eager to eat just this classic recipe and I go to McDonalds for that.

How do you keep the meat from falling apart when you smash it down?
The fat content of the meat keeps it together and careful not to smear meat too far apart
