All fun and games until you need maintenance or repairs.
RSV4 and Tuono 660 owner here. It's the time waiting for parts and availability that gets you. Regular maintenance items are no different from any other bikes. I highly suggest if buying anything Aprilia though, you learn to do your own regular maintenance, the dealerships will get you.
Dealership wise, I've spent on the 21' Tuono(excluding basic maintenance):
- 600 mile service for me was about $220
- 6k mile $390
- 12k was the worst at $900
Because in Australia they cost between $24,000 to $36, 000, very, very few ride them.
Aprilia makes the most beautiful bikes on the planet. I have an Aprilia scooter and I just love looking at it.
2022 Tuono 660 Factory owner here, here's a tip: If you want to buy a Tuono 660, don't. Get the 660 factory instead. A small beast, Agile and eargasm at every wrist twists. Full Akra racing line really recommended
Or just wait until the end of the season/ beginning of next season because a dealer will throw in all the add ons to make a stock Tuono 660 into essentially a Factory because the Tuono 660 is not a great seller.
The RS660s fly off the showroom floors but the Tuono 660 sticks around more. Especially with the price gap to the Tuono 1100 isn't that big, especially if you're looking at used bikes. 😊

I still find it hard to beat the triumph '13 update street triple 675r and daytona 675r out the box ... i REALLY want to find something that doesnt need upgrades to compete but costs a bit less to service 😂
