A tough one i had to do a lot was solid stainless 4 inch square bars 80 inches long straight to within .010" . And then there was things i had to get real close😊
As a skilled Machinist I can confidently say you can get in the ballpark using this method but never perfect. Results will be premature bearing wear and loss and leaking oil seals.

U measure inside the cw's find where the numbers change and bend accordingly either way its weakened and stressed just replace it its obv 125 or smaller pit bike style crank so just send it it will b in a chinesium motor so none of it will last anyway.
I use to do that with push mowers using a pipe with matching I.D. they are pretty forgiving. Sometimes, I would get lucky with one or two hits and it would pop right back into memory.
To all the naysayers… this works, we are not seeing the whole thing. Use a Babbitt hammer, then use dial indicators to get it dead on. That is a 3-piece crank, pressed together.
Put a magnet on the shaft...and sensors a couple centimeters away show me when it passes every time it rotates it creates the start up for the real fun
If their is only 1 in existence, , , Keep swinging. If that is a needle bearing supported con rod, Your also hammering those needle bearings with each swing.

Easy way is to use square straight edge and scribe straight across both half's of crank and simply realign scribe marks to have balanced crank fitment
