    අයියේ මං තනියම හදාගත්ත workout එකක් කරනවා skipping jump එක use කරගෙන.
    1)skipping jump 1 min
    2)push ups 1min
    3)skipping 1 min
    4)squats 1min
    5)skipping 1min
    6)plank 1min.
    අයියේ මේ routine එක අවුල්ද?අඩුපාඩු මොනවද?මොනවද enhance වෙන්න ඕනේ.

    Actually gym trainers are not tell the truth (side effects).. They give tablets, powders etc... So we(beginners) use those things..... my parents are always tell me to don't go to the gym and don't use those protein powders because of this thing... So lee... u r doing a great work for beginners.. I'm also a beginner.. thanx for this video!

    අයියේ ගොඩක් උවමනාවෙන් ඔයාගේ වීඩියෝ මුල ඉදන් බැලුව :) එකේ ප්‍රතිපලයක් විදියට මම මස 2 වගේ කාලයකින් කිසිම ජිම් එකකට නොයා කිලෝ 94 ඉදන් 87 වෙනකල් අඩු කරගත්ත ( මගේ උස 5' 11" ) ( slowly running , push ups and other cardio) ඔයාගේ මේ වීඩියෝ එකේදී කියනවා සාමාන්යෙන් 50KG කෙනෙක් දවසකට ගන්න ඕන කබෝ , ෆැට් , ප්‍රෝටීන් ප්‍රතිශතය ගැන.මට දැනගන්න පුලුවන්ද Fat loss කරන්න හදන කෙනෙක්ට මේ ප්‍රතිශත මොන විදියටද වෙනස් වෙන්නේ කියලා?
    අනිත් කාරණය gynecomastia කියන රෝග තත්වයට සාර්ථක exercises තියනවද? ඇත්තටම එක නැතිකර ගන්න එක possible ද surgery එකක් කරන්නේ නැතුව? එකට මම අනිවාර්යෙන්ම gym එකකට ජොයින් වෙන්න ඕනමද?
