I've noticed Sri Lankans who are born in Western countries with a higher protein content in their diets to naturally be much bigger. I feel like we eat way too little protein and way too many carbs in a traditional Sri Lankan diet. I personally think that with our genes, eating lots along with eating loads of protein (2:1 or atleast a 1:1 protein to carb ratio) really brings great results. Btw, Lankans have excellent genes for bodybuilding and even martial arts. We're naturally broad shouldered and V-shaped..
If you want to see how good Lankan genes are, go look up Lucion Pushparaj posing. He's IFBB level. Ofc he's on roids (everyone at his level is), but he's one of the most aesthetic bodybuilders I've ever seen. :)
These are very basic and common thought or guidelines which anybody can find or readily have access to. Are you doing these videos for people in Wanni or Angunakolapelessa? Yes, if not all most bodybuilders in Srilanka are on Steroids and most youngsters/beginners dream about a well round body within few weeks or few months from starting to workout in a proper Gym and most of them have not ever done any sort of a proper sport or physical activities before. Wonder whom you are trying to cater?? And I have seen most guys who post these videos including you are trying promote products which is not ESSENTIAL to build a proper body.
