I know this may seem random but I'm asking everyone on all platforms I use to PLEASE send healing energy to my kids. I have 4 kids. A 6yo, 5yo, 2yo and 10 month old. They are all sick with the flu but my baby, my 10 month old is in the hospital right now with bronchiolitis and a little pneumonia in one of his lungs. I prayed and sent my worries up to God but I figured it doesn't hurt to have as many prayers and positive energy sent to him as possible. His name is Jabari and he loves to be loved on and I know he's tired of going through it. Please please please pray for my babies and send healing energy 💚💚 UPDATE: I want to thank EVERYONE for sending healing energy to my family. Words can't express how much that means to me. All my kids are doing better and my baby was finally discharged from the hospital today after being there for over a week 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓 the prayers got me through

Just for the record *Organic* is a marketing term used by Companies to promote so called healthy alternatives. The Owner of *Whole Foods* has come out years ago and admitted this. Also the Term would be *All Natural* meaning no artificial ingredients, preservatives, hormones, or it being a GMO product. But unless you have a farm and grow your own fruits and vegetables nothing is 100% all natural! I won’t get to deep into but if anyone is familiar with MONSANTO then you know the deal! Rule of thumb people; anything in a Bag, Box, Package or Can has some type or preservatives, chemicals or GMO’s I’m not attacking her position on Organic or what’s healthy I’m just stating facts for anyone confused!!!
@@knowEgo girl, YOU sound crazy. The other person was right "Organic" means no pesticides used in the farming process. That's facts, science, real, ok?
Actually Certified Organic means no pesticides or herbicides are used and that it is not GMO and also, that, it is not irradiated. I don't buy all Organic, but I do avoid GMOs and the "Dirty Dozen" when buying conventional produce and stick to the "clean 15". Regarding barcodes, if it starts with : 9= Organic 4=conventional Everything else is gmo which I avoid like it was made by the devil himself. 🌱💖

Hello, Ms.Mitchell getting after it. I see as always your content is different from alot of fitness youtubers, I really enjoy I'm transiting to plant based slowly thanks for your help, I've read that plant based diets are great for type 2 Diabetics, I have to say that smile of yours is one of a kind and your very beautiful lady.
Dimples I like when you stay real, especially on eating bc it can get out of control. I am closer to a vegan lifestyle than I was last year. That tofu looks really good. Thank you, dimples.
Be my therapist! You make me think more about my fitness choices and reconsider my goals. Healthy eating as a lifestyle, not healthy eating for the fitness journey. Thank you, babe!
Wow, I have watched you for a long time I have you and your sisters picture in my office. Have not seen you in a while but you popped up today. I was a vegan for 6 months felt great. Loss alot of weight BUT I loss so much muscle which I did not like. So I have been a flexitarian for the last 3 months, but miss how I felt as a vegan. I exercise now have gain lots a muscle. NOW I want to go back to plant based with a concentration of my protein, so glad I found your channel.. Peace and Blessings❤❤❤
Thanks for this video. I have such a hard time getting in 140 grams of protein. Im trying to drop a few lbs and my research indicates that I should eat 1 gram of protein for each lb of my ideal weight which is 140lbs.
I'm eating a similar amount of protein per day on a mostly vegetarian diet. for me, protein supplements have been really helpful since you can add them to water for an easy shake, blend with fruits and veggies, or add to yogurt for extra protein in a yogurt bowl. I also regularly use the super firm high protein tofu Toni had in her video and it's so tasty and versatile. good luck in your journey!
I love using Ezekiel bread and sliced, baked super firm tofu for sandwiches. I just change up the veggies, sauce, marinade depending in the vibe I want
The stir-fry tofu looks delicious! Tofu gets overlooked on the menu, if seasoned & prepared correctly (as you did 😘❤❤❤) it is healthy, delicious and nutritious.
I have a constant debate between cucumbers and pickles too lol but I usually prefer the cucumbers in a sandwich and the pickles as a separate snack of its own
You really are an inspiration for many people. Have you ever done a blood test to determine the levels of the various vitamins and minerals that you use as supplements?
Thanks! 💪🏾 I needed some ideas on how to get more protein in. I started tracking my meals this week and realized I was getting so much more carbs and fats and not enough protein.
Thank goodness for acquiring a taste for Stevia. It saves me... yep that extra 12gs of protein is something. My sweet spot is 130to135 but I try to push to close to 150 and it's a struggle most days if it's a"rest" day
You LOOK AMAZING….not a vegan but compared to some other hard core raw vegans who eventually get sick, you are very fit ! Gotta try one of your workouts.
I used to spend thousands of dollars 💸 💵 a year on vitamins. I asked my PCP to do bloodwork to see which vitamins I was lacking, so I could take the supplements that I needed. My bloodwork came back that I was only Vitamin D and B deficient. I took iron supplements forever only to discover that I’m not iron deficient. My doctor told me that if you take vitamins that you don’t need, you’ll just pee them out. So, that’s money 💰 down the drain. Now I take Vitamin D and B supplements only and my doctor prescribes them for me, so it’s free.
Oo vine tomatoes are my fave too. In winter it’s vine and cherry tomatoes or none at all. Also I’ve had such a struggle finding plain soy yogurt! Lucky. Knowing silk makes it I’ll keep an eye out. Anyway thanks for the meal ideas and healthy perspective as always
Hello, thank you so much for sharing. I am new here and I wanted to know if you would list your supplements that you take daily. I am currently looking for a good multivitamin.
I eat plants, I like tofu, but it seems to trigger my hormones like causes me to experience hot flashes😮Also, do you only use protein powder, or do you use creatine?❤
Toni you know I love your healthy eating habits girl, and I’m for real I’m all for it…🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. But YOU ARE DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!! Shit! 🤍🤍 Lol…Alright back to the health vlog! -T
