It's so cool to see you grow as a business women and your branding and marketing is not only tasteful, but makes it easy for us to find the yoga style, body parts targeted, and duration we need. Also, with each new flow it is evident that you put a lot of thought into the sequencing, so that the poses slowly build on each other. And that the muscle groups targeted slowly begin to communicate and work together to strengthen, open up, and release. I really am blown away by your skills as a teacher. I really enjoyed this...thank you. I want to do yoga every morning...am not really one for routines but am 50 years old now so feel more need to keep my body moving and flexible as long as possible. This was really good for breathing...and lung detox. I think you are a bit of a yoga genius! ❤
What I especially love about your yoga and your yoga channel is the flow. I love being able to flow and not overthink all my poses and stretches, just syncing breath and body. It’s so healing ❤
Today I decided to skip the gym and do yoga at home instead because I was feeling drained of energy. The part where the flow really begin to set in was my favorite part. I almost wanted to give up in the beginning because I felt my legs burning but I continued and in the end I feel reborn and so fresh. Grateful for your videos they always help me feel better and at peace ❤
Amazing! I noticed that you repeat sequences within your classes. I don't see others do that much. It's very relaxing and I think the predictability helps me let go
I was expecting a gentle yoga but I really enjoyed how this flow progressed so smoothly that I didn't notice I was sweating from the standing splits! ❤️
@@FaithySch thats the beauty of yoga. As a young scientific mind i did research static stretching burn alot of calories as well.( Beacuse its tuff as one position is maintained thats not very normal ). Does wonder for health no doubt

I have done a LOT of your videos over the past year or so and I have liked them all. I chose this one because I accidentally had breakfast this morning before yoga. I did this routine with a headache, aches and fatigue ( am just starting to use water kefir so it’s a normal reaction). I had to drag myself to the mat. Sarah Beth, thank you SO MUCH!! My head has cleared and I feel so much better. Maybe it’s ‘in my head’, but the results are there. I réalise that however hard it is to get on the mat when you’re not feeling great, it probably means, you really need to, and you’ll be grateful you did.🙏🙏🙏

After my fourth concussion I hadn’t been able to do this routine without losing balance and having head spins, so many of tbese poses I wasn’t able to do until today. I did a session of Angel Healing for vertigo and on myself acouple of months ago and today I was able to finish the whole routine with success. So grateful for this first milestone experience on 24/01/01. Happy New Year everyone!

A bit of a challenging flow but awesome nonetheless. It showed me that I need to practise my breath flow, when it got tough I struggled to stay calm so will do this flow often to practice
Wow! I thoroughly loved this! I have scoliosis and IBS. I carry lots of inflammation and use yoga, as well as a chiropractor, to manage my pain and symptoms. I felt so much relief after this video! I experienced the best stretch and realigned that I've had in awhile! Thank you!

I love this 30-minute workout. I feel like I'm really getting a lot out of short time and with only 30 minutes, I'm really doing it more often.
