    Dear Paula, I've done yoga for years, but this was my first experience where yoga actually helped with real pain. I seem to have developed an intolerance for chanterelles and the stomach pain didn't let me sleep, so I decided to try this yoga before taking a pain killer. Only 20 minutes, and I don't need any painkiller anymore, I feel just fine. Magic! Thank you so much, this video I will definitely remember!

    OMG Paula have your read my mind? I have been experiencing a bloated stomach the past 2 days and I was about to look for exercises to relieve this! Thank you for sending over another wonderful and fresh exercise routine for my overall health. My body thanks you💓

    Thank you so much, Paula. I started practicing back in 1992 but do not have a good studio or teacher nearby now - so rely on a mix of teachers I've been fortunate to discover on UA-cam.     I've been bloated for a few days now so this one came exactly at the right time, thank you so much!! I would also really recommend her videos for period cramps if you feel bloated, just for a bit of variation if you want!❤

    This practice had some nice awareness to bring, and an unexpected effect of warmth in my heart chakra at the final sitting pose. Was it designed to stimulate parts of the TCM stomach meridian? Is that something yoga can do?

    I feel the release of pain in my spine as my irritated bowels improve. It has taken several months & much of the time, the following day is uncomfortable. HOWEVER, not giving up on this is allowing me to sleep
