    $40USD to stream in USA and it's free for Europe? Shame on you TDF and NBC.

      ThrobbinHood y'all don't complain abt pay per view for other sports so don't complain for cycling

    • @Bunjamin27
      @Bunjamin27 7 років тому +3

      @Trump The only "pay per view" sporting events in the USA these days are fights, really. And I wouldn't watch them if they were free. I wouldn't pay $40 for a fight nor would I pay $40 for TDF - especially when other continents get it free of charge. Not everyone likes giving billionaires their hard earned dollars - but you go on ahead and play with the rest of the sheep.
      I'm only stating a fact, not complaining. Sorry you're unable to differentiate - American's aren't the brightest, we know.

      Blobber90 Blobb cause his bitch ass don't got cable

    • @Bunjamin27
      @Bunjamin27 7 років тому +1

      No, it's $40USD for one channel in this case. I'm sorry you're confused, but I will explain for you: If you want to stream the tour via NBC sports, it's $40USD to do so. That is ONE channel for $40 for one month. If I want to upgrade my existing cable package to the "Premium sports package" it's $49.95USD extra, per month. Fubo has an offer for $20/mo and you get many European options which are streaming the tour with decent to great coverage :)
      Imagine if you didn't have cable at all and lived in Europe - you could still watch the whole race for free using one of those TVs with a digital tuner. If you have cable in the USA, you can watch on NBC sports (sometimes you need to upgrade). It's just fucked up that's it's not on NBC or streamed live via NBC (since they are the one in the USA broadcasting it) for free, as it is in MANY other parts of the world. It's honestly as if they do not want American's to watch - by putting the event behind a paywall. I already pay for basic cable which includes several sports channels, it's just a bummer that NONE of them have picked up the full tour and put some decent coverage on. Get highlights at the end of the day, and they haven't moved on from the elbow yet.. And they really only feature American riders.. it's awful.
      I really hope next year they just stream the whole fucking thing live on LeTour.FR .. let me watch the French language coverage, and everyone who wants to watch.. can do so, easily, without paying extra, and with some commercials :)

    I just opted to watch it on SuperSport, Digital Satelite Television, its better. I dont want to watch countries I want all round coverage from sprinters, climbers, tts, ... so far so good.

    Why can't I just watch summary of stage on Tour website like previous years? Don't mind going to UA-cam to watch just thought it was odd.

      NBC Sports for $40 if you live in the USA and only want coverage of the Americans.. NBC and TDF don't want Americans to watch it, apparently.

      @unwanted - doesn't work for USA, it's NOT free, and they ask for credit card. Nice try.
