loved it!!
Very enjoyable, thank you 👍
Incredible work on your part! ✌️
Amazing documentary, from start to finish!💪🏽💥🥇
Great documentary
I cant believe this kind of content is available for free on the internet. this is better than the content some TV channels put out
Totally agree, he told the story in a great and stunning visual way.
Cheap soap opera drama exactly the TV channels level here.
@@feedbackzaloop done just as well tho tbf
@@raycath0de well if you consider TV has to spit these out at daily pace, the bar is not so high. But of course they benefit from mass production too unlike here
Thank you. I had to work for 2 months on this video. I'm so happy to see people enjoy it.
You can clearly see the time & dedication that went into creating this documentary. An effort worthy of Peter. Kudos!
Except the AI voiceover.
hujudos
I bet it was real tough making that fake thumbnail jpeg. Oh the perspiration lost during such physical labour.
@@F3udF1stYou are Clueless. This is a popular commentator that did the narrative
The voice over is unreal. Rarely does a 'free' video have this level of quality narration accompanying it regardless of the topic. Good work! I'm not even into cycle but was still a pleasure to watch.
I think its an ai voice
@@leonides4377it’s not an AI voice. It’s my voice!
Thank you so much for your kind words. Rifianboy is so incredibly talented, and it’s a real honour to narrate his fantastic videos.
@@christopherharvey1777 Good work. Great work actually. Like the BBC at its best.

I am almost 65, used to race poorly back in the days of King Kelly and I have never seen the likes of Peter Sagan. A joy to watch in his heyday, an entertainer, never had a leadout train and was practically unbratable for years!! Thank you for putting this video together, it's a gem!
me also Rutland Sheffield
We really miss Peter, I hope he can pull one last big show before retirement
Forget it
He doesn't need to proove anything to anybody! He is already cycling LEGEND!
My words exactly... green jersey or even better world championship..
@@eugenkotek7768 He doesn't need to but it would be cool if he did
@@bobroberts5820 Agreed.
Few sports are as demanding physically and mentally, but making it look easy and putting on a show is the signature of a genius.
Cycling and Tennis are the two most gruelling sports on the planet, it’s crazy how unbelievably fit these athletes are
Not even a cyclist but this was amazingly well made and very entertaining thanks for making this! and congrats to sagan for reaching unthinkable goals!
Well the Cancellara Flandern win was the most controverse discussed moment ever. Probably motor doping back then...
This man got me into cycling. Seeing him do his arguably most popular pose at the Stage 5 finish of Tour de Suisse in 2017 inspired a whole generation of cyclists. I really hope he makes one last spectacular performance before he leaves the sport.
@Wasssup Dawwwg Can you prove that? Cyclist can be tested any day of the year; an inspector can show
up unannounced at his door any day at 7 in the morning for a test. Cyclist have to notify UCI where they are
every single day.
@Wasssup Dawwwg I don't know. I thought you knew since you're
accusing him of doping.
@Wasssup Dawwwg OK, Lance. "What may be asserted without evidence, may be dismissed without evidence." - Hitchen's Razor. Or, "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence" - which is known as the Sagan standard (ironically). Obviously, you know nothing about the subject because you tried to bolster your accusation by using........wrestling? 🤣 #troll
@Wasssup Dawwwg You obviously don't know the definition of "evidence." 👋
Same, he is Slovakia’s national hero. One last season. Drzime palce Peto!
Goosebumps all the way to the end! You’re a legend yourself RIFIANBOY!!! 🤙👍💪
Thanks
@Wasssup Dawwwg You copy/paste this up and down the thread, Lance - just give it up. Sagan is better than you, always was and always will be and he didn't need to run a doping mafia to do it! 🤣
This was so beautiful, I'm crying tears of joy for a man I didn't know about a sport I don't watch. Bless you for this phenomenal documentary.
Sagan climbing steep slope like it is nothing and sprinting like there is no tomorrow. What a legend!
@Wasssup Dawwwg another clown offering no proof, do you watch the sport to tell people cyclist dope or do you genuinely like the sport, all these efforts are to pathetic are you jealous people think sagan is great? wow!
@Wasssup Dawwwg whats wrong with soemone worshipping a person? if he doped then itll coem to light and thatll be the person decision to keep admiring him or not, all this efforts to downplay someone and tell it to others seem rather pathetic, go on in real life and show them he doped and youll be doing a greater service to the sport rather than doing worthless accusations on the internet.
@Wasssup Dawwwg believe me i live authentically and i admire athletes, if it is proven that they dope then what can i do? acknowledge and move on but certainly im gonna feed off speculations about someone doping if there is no definite proof.
@Wasssup Dawwwg how ironic to mention im judging when youre the one that is doing so without evidence.
@Wasssup Dawwwg i dont have anything to say about lance besides that he was a cheater, my original point was in defense of sagan since you were saying its definite hes on lots of steroids and similar substances.
This is not just a video it's a poetic documentary. In all of your videos i feel the most underrated aspect is your choice of background score. It is always perfect. Thanks for this video.
Thanks
Most impressed i was with his win on the tour of California and his mountain breakaways in the tour. Strong in his "weaknesses"
Yes, once he won the Amgen Tour of California. I was convinced he would win the world championship.
Goosebumps, what an absolute legend this man is!
I am a legend also. But you never heard of me.
:)
Man this video is absolute masterpiece. As a Slovak fan must give to you my kudos and hat down. Whole video I was watching with stopped breathing. You take knowns facts and made amazing documentary. That speech on background is the best story of this phenomenal cyclist I ever heard. It's like old time documentary with pure symphony of nostalgia and impressions. You are real talent. Wish you best success. Thank you once again.
I appreciate your words 🙏
Amazing cyclist and entertainer. Sagan was exactly what cycling needed at that time. His first WC win was just incredible to watch.
thanks for the video.
@Wasssup Dawwwg just no.
Peter did a lot to redeem cycling after all the doping scandals. Thanks for refreshing my memory of these great years in cycling!
Never knew. Great to learn. What a champion.
Thank you, Rifianboy for putting together the video.
Thank you for your hard work on this piece, Peter is awesome to watch... I miss him.
You have hands down the best Cycling editing / content on UA-cam. You are a artist.
Thanks 🙏
Bravo!!! This is such a well done documentary. I was a teenager and loved watching the tour and races because of this man and his exciting finishes and performances. That was the most thrilling documentary I’ve seen in a while and it was about cycling!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Always loved to see how much he loved riding and racing. I saw him win live in Richmond Worlds, that attack was so impressive.
I would say that I had never seen someone who could sprint so well who could also keep up on climbs. His talent is legendary
His supplier is legendary
@@holdintheaces7468 yeah! who is that?? they're the one who should've been on the podiums!
Van Aert is a better sprinter, climber and time trialist. And clean, believe it or not.
Lets not forget his feats before he became a road rider. He was well established in other disciplines before he hit the road. 3 in row UCI worlds will be broken, records fall, but i think it will be a very long time before anybody does it.
@@donjoe2661wake me up when Van Aert wins 3 world championships in a row and 7 green jerseys.
I'm not a cycling enjoyed, but fantastic video. The footage you used gave me a strong respect for the effort people put into the sport. You could see in some of those races how at the last turn, they were putting everything and anything they still had in their bodies to just keep going forward.
Fantastic stuff.
The comments about Peter will be reserved to the legends, for everyone else, he is still one of the legends. I would like to take a moment out to appreciate how far this channel has come and the phenomenal quality of cycling content it's putting out. Keep going!
The dude is a machine! Absolutely incredible video, thank you for sharing and job well done!
THIS WAS EPIC!!! Thank you for all the effort in this presentation. Love Peter The Greats story! Such an inspiration. ❤️
he's a legend ❤️
Sagan truly is a legend of modern cycling and someone who made cycling as popular as it has ever been. Thanks for telling his story and doing it so well. Absolutely perfectly presented!
dippegalant.....no doubt Peter brought highlights to cycling and put it front and center - before him I could care less about the sport.
@@serengeti4023 I've been following the sport for 40 years and while Sagan is not my favourite, there has certainly never been anyone like him.
Your videos are the best of the best among cycling channels, everything is perfect, from the background music to the voice and writing. Really appreciate your work, keep it up!
Thank you 🙏
Excellent, thanks for posting! 👍
I don't even watch cycling related stuff, but this was so well done man. Just awesome.
Great video. I would have loved to have seen more of his 2016 4-man breakaway with Froome at the Tour though.
For me it was the most Iconic breakaway the tour has seen the past decade. Yellow jersey and green jersey breaking away in the crosswinds
This is what I needed to see while struggling with massive back pain to get fit and get back to road cycling. Thank you for creating this.
This short documentary gave me goosebumps, keep up the great work ! Narration, Music, Cuts, on point man
This makes me feel old. Appreciative of being able to witness his era, but sad that as with all things it eventually comes to an end.
Increíble video, resaltando los grandes logros de uno de los ciclistas mas emocionantes de los últimos años, gran trabajo
Thank you for this amazing work you put on making this video!
.just heard this will be his last season, going to drop few tears 🥲thank you for sharing this masterpiece with all of us ❤
Wonderful to see a tribute for Peter Sagan. His personality got me interested in following cycling then during a TDF I did strengthening exercises to prepare for a thru-hike and kept going. Peter's career has definitely had a positive influence on my life. :) Thank you for this video!
I was still a teenager when i started watching Sagan, or cycling in general. Sagan literally form my hobby of working around bikes. It brought me joy to see him become World Champion, but it sadden me also to see his downfall.
What a surprise! I really didn't expected such excellent video. Refreshing flash back.
I'm not even a cycling enthusiast but this was an unreal quality documentary! Well done!
Amazing video. Actually brought me to tears. What Amazing showmanship
Sorry for the long wait. I was so busy during the summer.
What a rider, he has everything, he made cycling a bit more fun, he is THE world champion, and he has won it on nearly every terrain ! Thanks for this great video.
Simply amazing. Thanks for putting this together.
That was wonderful to watch I can't give up I got to keep pushing 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾💯💯💯💯
Always loved watching Peter Sagan and knew he was one of the greats, but until now did not know about his three World Championships and 7 green jerseys. Remarkable. And easily the most fun rider, the kind we all wish we could be. Well done!
Too bad the last years he can hardly win something. Then again he rather drives on a scooter with more that 3 promilles and who can blame him I do that every day without winning single world champions.
Also replace scooter with car here.
I am not into cycling world, but watched with great pleasure! Respect for your big work!
This was incredibly well made, thank you
Props to RifianBoy and the crew behind this movie and an excellent writing from Hamza Boutasmit and on point narration by Chris Harvey! I haven't really followed Cycling in awhile and i sure missed a lot. Congrats to Peter Sagan such a legend! Hope to get back on following Cycling again.
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it.
I got to witness that victory at the UCI in Richmond from the finish line and it was unbelievable in person. He created an incredible gap going up a cobbled hill that most people struggle to walk up.
I road that course the day before in the rain. Three times up that cobblestone hill. Third time nearly didn't make it, yet Peter made it look like he just floated up. Amazing
This was an awesome watch!
Thank you!
Inspiring story and great work pulling it all together. Good job!
Twenty minutes of goosebumps!! Amazing video
thanks
what a rider, what a 'fighter' personality - what a great man - I adore you Peter Sagan, you are a true sportsman !
Man the level of work on this is amazing. Congratulations
This is the best 20 minute video i’ve ever watch, Thank You for making this💙
Beautifully executed - both - this video and Peter’s cementing in the history of cycling! 🙌
Thanks Lukas
His 2015 WC win made me start cycling
I watched this randomly and without sound and it was great. Watched till the end. Nice vid prod!
I've been out of touch with pro racing for a while, but this well-made video caught me up with the sensational Peter Sagan. Thanks for doing it!
Deeply inspired by Peter's talent, dedication, and perseverance - and success! Thank you for making this great video.

Absolute freakin' machine.
Love him and his funloving attitude. Even on a bad day he finds the positives. A true icon and role model. Great cyclist too.
I fall asleep watching something on YT and woke up to this video. It's interesting, exciting and kept me on my toes and I'm not even into cycling...great work!
Awesome video! Great work putting this together. Thank you!
There wint be another Peter. Its not just about results but his attitude and cycling on the back wheel that made him awsome! But like everything in life there is always a end. Take care Peter.
My favourite cyclist since I started in the late 70s in Wales and fortunate to see him quite a few times brilliant rider.
... few times,* brilliant rider.
thank you for sharing this story of a legend. Learned a lot about him today and keep sharing!^
Thanks for taking the time to make this. Very fun to watch.
Sagan is a wonderkind on the bike. His skills on the bike are endless. We may never see an extrodinary talent like his again…. Bravo , Excellent documentary- very well done…..
Amazing content! I away heard about Peter's fame but never trully knew why. Now i know, thanks to your amazing work!
Great watch, thank you!
Goosebumps. Great vid!
I'm not even into cycling or anything of that sort, but i just watched through a 20 min vid enjoying every second of it. wow
That was awesome. I bought a Cannondale because of him when he rode in the Tour of California. Having got a puncture and ride up through the field to take line honours. What a legend.
THanks for this video Rifianboy. Moral of this is Never back down.
Great work right there!! Big shoutout - keep it going.
Great video as always. I was a huge fan of Sagan in the past, and it hurts to witness his significant downfall, unfortunately I fear it won’t be long before he pulls the plug.
He already announced he will quit at the end of this season and wants to focus one more time on mtb

From Camotes Island Cebu Philippines 🇵🇭 Italia 🇮🇹 Holyshit nice Brotha, Peter Sagan it's really true amazing cyclist in the world: strong, charismatic, honest and sincere Guy, most difficulties found it in the world cycling. Love this true Man. The videos you make it fascinating keep it up nice Guy cheers 🤗 Peace ✌️
Hats off to you. This is one of the best cycling videos. Please make more!
Honestly such a brilliant video. So sad to see his downfall but hope he can have one last shine at either WC or TDF
The way you presented all of this almost makes cycling interesting, good job!
Good stuff, thanks for this video man!
Sagan will always remain my favorite cyclist, no matter what. Thank you for the amazing documentary!
There was one crazy TDF stage where Sagan actually came in second place, but the result was overshadowed by his insane chase of the leader on the last downhill section. He was going so fast that, at one point, the motorcycle riders gave up on chasing him - he was going way too fast for them. Imagine that!!! This meant no video broadcast of him, since the cameras could not follow him for a while. Luckily, for all Eurosport viewers, there was their helicopter who then followed him through the fastest section. I will never forget that moment and that crazy chase. The one and only, Peter Sagan!
Edit: It was TDF 2015, Stage 16.
that you remembered that! only helicopter images from Sagan
Amazing content @rifianboy, you’ve done an incredible job. As somebody fairly new to cycling, I knew people loved Sagan, but I didn’t know “why.” Now I know.
Awesome video work dude! Thank you.
As a guy from Belgium it is fun to be relevant to the world sometimes, tour de flandres is every year a great spectacle, the era with cancelara and sagen has always been my favourites. good vid mate, happy to like, subscribe and comment :)
I really wonder if Tinkov was so hard on Sagan because he believed that he could be the greatest. By putting the pressure on and having a steady hand he was able to push Sagan to his potential.
You can bet, Tinkov, will always tell himself that. Who knows, maybe it helped Sagan?
I don’t even watch cycling or any cycling related content except Rifians videos. There brilliant. Thanks for the hard work.
I appreciate it
this was an incredible video i applaud you incredible effort for making this. thank you for sharing!
Enjoyed this. The thrill of cycle racing really comes through.
