When we walked through this, I discovered how sick pork made me once I gave it up. And I’m allergic to all shrimp / shellfish. Who knew?
Love you girl! thanks for sharing your heart on this, but the main reason why I disagree is because I am an "m" worker in Asia and pork is one of the number 1 foods eaten here, as well as a lot of other "unclean foods". I believe the reason why the new testament made all foods clean is because God wanted the gospel to spread to EVERY tribe, tongue, and nation and he knew that restricting the diet would be a stumbling block for the gospel to go out in this way. All power to you for choosing to eat this way for your family, and I do appreciate you reiterating that this is NOT a salvation issue. Blessings in christ!

Thank you for covering this. We’ve been eating biblically clean for 3 years and from what I’ve seen people get more upset and defensive over this topic than any other. We have had family and friends be so hateful toward us over what we eat yet vegan family members etc they say nothing to. I will be sharing this!
