My brother was 6 years older than me...he died when he was 25. My favorite memory of him was when we were shoveling snow (I was 8yrs) I told him my hands were freezing so he took my wet gloves off and rubbed my hands to get them warm and then put his warm gloves on me. We walked home dragging our shovels but his were the only cold hands. He was a great brother 🙂

The Judge is amazing, but unfortunately neither one of those murderers will get what they truly deserve. They will be sent to prison and get a bed to sleep in, medical care, 3 meals a day and both of them have fools sending them money for commissary. They should be thrown in a cell with a tarp and be fed HOT sauce and bread until the day they both go to hell where they belong and that still would not come close to the amount of pain and suffering that poor Timothy went through.
It makes me sick that he has an insane woman who is sending him money and wants to marry him, we can only hope that the prisoners will give him and his sorry mother the treatment they deserve.

That's a hideous comparison, but unfortunately an apt one. There is a video of the prosecutor during closing arguments at the mother's trial and the angle is such that when he reminds the jury of the photo Paul took weeks before Timothy's death, you can actually see the picture and dear god... The judge was absolutely right. He did in fact look like a Holocaust victim. I almost wish I had looked away for that second because it's just burned into my brain now. Each and every time he was withheld food, physically abused, ice baths ( can you even imagine) and the last couple of days before he died and was finally free. This was horrendous and Paul enjoyed every minute of the power he had and the pain he inflicted on his very own brother. 1) Being a product of your environment doesn't exclude you from the law or moral judgement. Just as the judge stated, if they start taking that kind of consideration as a recommendation for leniency we would be in trouble, because most people that end up in court are in fact a product of their environment. It still doesn't negate the damage they caused. Also, there are plenty of people who came out of similar environment who hasn't gone on to torture or murder people.
      2) Unless we were watching two seperate videos, the judge clearly stated (as per 2 seperate psychological evaluations) Paul does not have any developmental delays or impairments. Both stated that he has full capacity of understanding the nature of his actions. It has also been stated that he is a sociopath. Sociopaths are extremely good at manipulation. They are often methodical cand calculative. Which the court identified as to be the case in reference to his actions regarding the questions surrounding his mental capacity. The judge stated its his belief that he tried to manipulate the court into believing that there was some underlying issues regarding his mental capacity... Which I wholeheartedly believe. He's most definitely a threat to society.

We are so used to seeing people with autism behaving weirdly, unable to conceal emotions and generally being awkward but with a heart of gold that we've gaslit ourselves into not trusting our instincts when we encounter genuinely creepy people. It's quite remarkable- his inability to conceal his emotions. And then his duper's delight as he closed his mouth after finishing his statement. I agree with everything the judge said. Did you see Paul’s head snap up when the Judge said 30-100 years - he was incredulous and his response of not even looking the judge’s way verity’s the Judges’judgement of Paul as correct. What Paul did to his brother is beyond the pale and is completely outside the bounds of both humanity and morality.

The only person who can do anything to him would be someone who already has life and doesn't mind spending tears in the hole and never talking to family or ordering commissary again. The judge saw thru it, thankfully.
