very happy to see detailed leg routine for bharathnatyam dance can u help me in this i can keep my foot in 180 degree but not my thighs. this has been challenging for me as i have resumed dancing after 5 years. can u suggest a routine for this

Nice exercises for the whole leg Starting from feet to the Glutes. Pressure on Quadriceps, Glutes, Hamstrings and other muscles of the upper leg are very much felt in Squat walks, Sumo to Narrow Squat, Plie Squat hold, Sumo to Aramandi pulse. Lower legs as well as upper part are very much felt in Overhead Muzhumandi, Arammandi Pulse on toes. I guess before long, you will make us dance with the Aramandis and Muzhumandis 🙈. Ha ha... I like the SMART method for Goals and special appreciation for the idea of "Areas of Improvement". These will not only help in dance goals, but they are universally applicable to any goal setting. Good practice trial for this Sunday. Thank you.
Oh yes! 5 rounds of these exercises leaves you with sore legs :D Feels good that all the viewers (including non dancers) are well acquainted with our dance jargons and terms! Yeah.. this goal setting strategy has been doing wonders for me since yore :)
Hello dear Prathibakini ji. My age s 30. I started my dance classes a month ago. My left knee hurts while doing the Namaskaram. Doctor said its a common issue nothing very serious. Im doing your knee routine..So pls let me know which exercise should I concentrate more for this particular knee pain.
